Not a normal hotel. They converted a different type of business into this. Not that clean. TV was blurry.
They let us do early check in and the breakfast was unexpectedly good on our first day(biscuit and gravy was good!)The coffee bar and pet friendly is a the big plus too. We will come back again. 😊
The breakfast had many choices to satisfy most. The check in staff was friendly and quick. The rooms bed comforter had black what looked like dog hair stuck all through so it seems it wasn’t washed between guests and the flat sheet had weird looking grease stains that were the size of baseballs in several spots. There was also mud on the bathroom floor

Very nice breakfast with lots of options, both hot and cold. 24 hour coffee. Exercise room with all equipment working. The hot tub was broken and the lighting in the pool area was weird.
The bathroom was filthy. Smelled like body odor and moldy towels. There was hair in the bathtub and the bottom of the tub was so dirty we put a towel on it to stand on. Carpet was shredded at the ends and the room smelled like strong deodorant covering smoke smell. Liked the micro and refrigerator but the refrigerator made a high pitched noise all night.

Pets were allowed for an extra $35. Room looked clean at first. Sheets were previously slept in and the bed was just remade. Towels were fresh towels but had hair on em. Worse thing was the toilet didnt flush. We checked in late and the girlfriend was already asleep, so i pretty much had to fix the toilet.

Indoor pool was a great addition to our stay! Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working but the pool was nice and warm!
The staff was very friendly but the room was pretty dirty. Especially at a time like this when you expect things to be super clean that was concerning

Nice place for the price. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Front desk was a bit under-staffed during my stay, though as there was a wait at check in.
The pool was warm. Very comfortable after a long day at Whitetail. WiFi was easy and quick.

Dear DeanI am sorry you experienced issues with the tv. As for your comments on the other parts of your stay I'm not sure what you mean. If you had issues please let our staff know and we try to fix them if at all possible.
