Nice place for quick trip if your not staying for longtime or spending time in room

No hot breakfast!!!! Wifi horrible. Complained every night about it. Also ,the cable didnt work nor do they have good channels

The property was okay, very bad phone service and the room doors would not lock, very dangerous to leave any valuables in the room.

2 Queen room was an incrediblely great value for our family of 5. Very clean and kept up, yet super low priced. There is cushion on the bay window to provide another nook for the kids to claim for resting at. Most of the single rooms are in the front 2 story building (no elevator in that building). The double queens are in the second building connected by the pool and parking, adding to privacy. Very nice exterior with palm trees in the landscaping. We did not notice one single airplane from the small, nearby airport. We plan on making this vacation a tradition, mainly because we can afford to swim and stay here comfortablely at this price. We met others at breakfast who have been doing that for years and years for the same reason. Btw breakfast is included and is sufficient, but rather dull (a pancake machine, toasters, yogurt, et... no meat or hot prepared sides).

ok, I wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend to anyone else. I did recommend to a friend on that same weekend and was sad I did.

It looked like mold on the bathroom ceiling and wall which I didn’t notice until the morning I checked out. Also the shower head was broken.

Not like the reviews in the past . Nice clean as good as the price range could provide.

Nice rooms clean and comfortable close to shopping dinning and beaches

Work on better breakfast other than it was a great stay. Very respectful employees close to the beach. Wifi connections comfortable room. Very clean. Fridge and microwave.

Horrible! The room had a leak in the ceiling where lights were, which is incredibly dangerous and when we returned, our room was wet, clothes soaked, not to mention the smell it caused....

First room smelled of raw sewage. Changed to a different room and the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold.

Clean room and relatively quite. Breakfast was mainly continental with the only hot items were pancakes and instant oatmeal. The pool photo is a little deceiving—-it is very small. We checked out the “workout” room but didn’t end up using it. (It’s a former sleeping room with a treadmill and elliptical close together. Free weights up to 50 pounds).

Room AC temp was down at 60 when I checked in! Breakfast closed early; staff practically physically blocked me from getting juice at 9:50 when breakfast was scheduled until 10. Hotel staff attempted to enter room without knocking we’ll before check out time; luckily I had security lock in place. Walls very thin, heard tv from adjoining room over mine. Not impressed

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. All areas were clean. Room was comfortable. Awesome price, perfect location.

We needed a hotel close to the marina for a boating outing. We stayed Friday night and enjoyed it so much we stayed another night before heading home after our outing. Clean rooms, friendly staff, reasonable price and nice continental breakfast. I would stay again.

Thank you for a great stay. Would have been 5 stars across the board but our room had a moldy/smokey smell. I took care of it with air freshener and a candle.

Our room was fine. It was clean, and bed was comfortable. We used the pool one night, and it was fine too. We did not use the breakfast, so can not comment. The location was good, with easy access to food, and the beach. Getting in to the parking lot is no trouble, but leaving is a little rough being right on the highway, and needing to turn left to go to beach. It is very close to the airport, but in the room, there was no noise from planes. The room was fine, but some of the stuff needs to be fixed or updated. Our sink had released from the counter, so there was a 2 inch drop. It still worked, but looked bad. Parking was fine. The hotel was sold out, but we were easily able to park. They must have much more parking spots than needed. The tv reception was a little funny. Most channels were fine, but some would work for a while, then cut our for no reason, then come back in 10 minutes. Overall, this place is fine, and really a good bargain.

to much noise from closing of doors early in the morning

The beds were not great felt like mattress was sloppy on the edges other than that perfect stay
