The first room they gave us was not clean. They gave us another room and the people next door to our room was smoking weed and we had to smell that. In the middle of the night there was screaming in our hallway. A lady was yelling help it was an emergency. There were people gathered in the parking lot below our window. Very noisy

Not much bathroom counter space, very limited flat storage space (no drawers) for clothing, housekeeping did not resupply with towels or coffee supplies every day. Removed dirty towels and trash but had to go to front desk to get more towels.

Please know that these rooms are SMALL. They are very funtional, but small. There is very little storge space for unpacking or storing purchases. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. There was breakfast evey morning. They even had a pancake machine! I've seen waffle machines, but this was my first pancake machine. We stayed five days. The cleaning crew emptied our trash everyday. They made the bed only once. I figure that was the day the sheets were changed. We had to ask for towels a couple times because the used were removed(even though they were hung up)but not replaced. For the price we paid I sort of expected the same basic cleaning services recieved at other hotels/motels. We weren't very messy. We kept our trash and belongings as neat as the space allowed. We even tossed the bedding in a sloppy version of made. Perhaps that is why the room attn was sub-par? This was a nice place to stay. I will choose them again. I just expected a little bit more from the room cleaning staff.

We stayed here because of a last minute plan change. Unfortunately it was a holiday weekend and we paid around $250 for a room that should be about half that on a good day. The location is fine, the pool was good, everyone was friendly. Our room was clean, but the AC wasnt able to keep the room dry and everything was damp. For the price, I was disappointed.

The room was dirty and several things broken. Light bulbs out. The room was real muggy and not fresh. Fire alarm hanging from the ceiling. Dingy towels. Had to walk to a different building to have free breakfast. One of the workers dropped the bottom of the coffee pot beside me and splashed it all over my leg, no apology or acknowledgement, just stared at me.

Disgusting. Do not stay here.

Outside grounds have ants all over. Can’t put your bag down to unload car. Walked in and the front desk staff continued their conversation in broken English and barely spoke to me. Lobby was dim and unkept. Was told no elevator in our building. Walked up to 2nd floor with tons of bags and two kids. Heard dogs barking in hallway. Got to room and upon entering, the smell of mildew was overpowering. The rooms air and carpets moist. Speaking of carpet, it turned our white socks BLACK on the bottom. Visible stains on curtain upholstery. Walked to the air conditioner to turn it down and killed a two-inch sized roach on the ledge by the window. Bathroom has large cracks around tub black and brown with gunk. The light switches and door handles were wiped down by myself with a Clorox wipe and I removed brown and black grime from them. Picked up the phone to call front desk-no surprise-no answer. Since it was after 11pm, there was no other option for our family. We promptly left in the morning, notifying a different front desk person of concerns. Was offered no consolation or apology. $250 room was more like a $75 a night or “by the hour” type of establishment.

Overall ok

Dated and the pool was tiny & cloudy. Service was good, housekeeping was very nice. Breakfast was eggs, biscuits & gravy, plus fruit, a pancake maker, cereals, & muffins. Short drive to fun stuff. Room was very small.

I liked that the property was conveniently located to many stores. One thing I liked about my room was the bed. It was comfortable. One thing I didn’t like was that my room was one of the joining rooms so I could hear the people next to me as if they were in the room with me.

Staff was extremely rude. Told us different check in times. Every time we tried to check in, they told us another more hour that the maids were “slammed”. Ended up getting another hotel bc we were tired of sitting on the car. Do not recommend.
