I originally booked a two bedroom, but it was sold before our vacation and we were upgraded to a three bedroom. This is the best condo we've ever stayed at. Great location within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Great layout! Great decor! The condo had everything we needed plus some! It was clean and comfortable as well as were the condo grounds. There is a pool, work out room and dry sauna. There is also a conference room with a kitchen for parties and such. I personally seen security every day we were there. There are 3 elevators and they are fast, we never waited more than a minute for an elevator. They also supply shopping carts to help move your luggage to and from your car. On the 3rd floor is a realty office and service desk. The staff is friendly and helpful. The boardwalk to the beach is in great condition and they have a multiple hose station to rinse off at before going back to your condo or to the pool. The pool area had plenty of seating. On the beach, there was a chair and umbrella rental service. The "chair guy" was there early everyday, honest, helpful and friendly. He was always walking around asking if you needed your umbrella adjusted! We were in unit 405, it was inside the elevator foyer which was a perfect location. We did not get wet in the rain or cold on the cooler days going to or from our condo. And it was conveniently right in front of the elevators (don't worry, you could not hear them from inside the condo even in the front bedrooms) The 3 bedroom/3 full bathroom condo had a great layout. It was big, there were king beds in all 3 bedrooms. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation including books, movies and games for those not so nice weather days. The balcony is huge! The fridge has an ice maker. There is laundry in the unit. The only thing they didn't have in there was a hair blow dryer. There is parking in front of the building, a 2 deck parking garage and a big parking lot across the street for RV's, trailers and overflow. I would definitely stay in this unit again!! We booked through Kaiser Realty. We had to check in at their office, but it was literally right down the street. They communicated with me all week especially when there was bad weather. They were there 24/7 if I had any questions or concerns. I would book through them again. Booking, check-in and check-out was a breeze! About Gulf Shores...There is a nice outlet mall less than 10 miles away (a straight drive on 59). If you go to Walmart, I would drive a couple miles farther to the one in Orange Beach rather than the one in Gulf Shores. There are also many grocery stores near by. Many, many shopping places and restaurants!

The condominium is well maintained. Zero entry pool, great for little ones, no hot tub. Sauna(sow-naw) and workout room. Our unit, 605, was beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, great gulf view and very clean. Lots of security during spring break. A great owner to deal with.

Absolutely perfect. Great location, easy access to beach. Big balcony and super clean rooms. Would recommend to anyone. Pool area is nice but has limited space around it, but since we are beach people this didn't matter to us.

Not clean. Had to buy cleaning products and clean toilets and showers. Black mold growing in bathroom grout, potatoes chips still under couch, hair balls, and someone's cutoff jeans under the bed. They should have paid us for maintenance. The bedroom carpets were filthy. The sheets had been changed, but the bedspreads were stained and gross. Last minute Labor Day booking, but for $1,600 for 3 days it was ridiculous. Parking was nonexistent, not enough spaces. Worst rental I've experienced. Location was good. Need to fire cleaning people.

The room was good size, there were six adults. We had three bedroom and three bath. The pool was large, the only draw back there was not enough room for loungers to sit around the pool, just chairs. The location is great, places to eat are in walking distance. We have a great time.

We stayed for 3 nights in PH 5 and it was amazing. The place was very large room enough for 4 adults and 6 kids ! We had 3 adults and 3 kids ! Very clean and modern! We paid 500 a night but worth it!! The view was great and close to everything! Shop at dollar general that was close by and eat in !!! Nice outdoor pool and nice deck going out to the beach with lots of showers. Great place only down thing was coffee pot did not work but Waffle House was across the street. Hope to return soon! We enjoyed the board games and the puzzles thanks to the owners for sharing your beach home

We stayed over the 4th of July Holiday. We had six adults and four children and had plenty of space. All three bedrooms had their own adjoining bathroom. This condo was very modern and had lots of amenities including beach chairs, toys, etc. The balcony was big with plenty of seating. The owner, Teresa, was easy to work with. Quick elevators. Walk to Hangout. The pool was nice but there wasn't very much seating or good grilling space for hanging out.

Nice place to stay. Our unit looked out over the beach. 6 people, 3 adults and 3 children. 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Close to lots of fun things. Con- small swimming pool and not enough parking on the premises. There is additional parking across the street but sometimes the street is very busy.

First the pros: The property itself was nice and kept clean. There was security was patrolling at night. The proximity to the beach restaurants and shopping was great. The Beach Service was great and very reasonable. The Cons. Parking was terrible. The parking on the property is limited. If you have a 3rd car in your party it will cost an additional $22. If you cannot park on the developments on site parking, you can park across the highway and take your chances crossing the highway to the property Me and my Family stayed in Penthouse #3. I was never so embarrassed in front of my family. I paid over $500/nt. and was very disappointed. I have rented condos on the Gulf Coast every summer for 35 yrs. and never felt so disgusted! To put it in a nice way the furnishings were pathetic! The sofas, mattresses chairs and patio furniture was very worn and dirty, The rugs and carpet were full of stains and dirty. Very limited pots pans and utensils were less than ample. The bathrooms were okay until you take a shower and the water goes off for 2 minutes. Then one morning I was brushing my teeth and the water coming out of the faucet started sputtering and dirty rusty water started to come out! I had to rinse with bottled water for the rest of our stay. Oh, very important, if you finf the light switch for the lights over the snack bar BEWARE!! When I turned on the switch sparks shot out on my hand and the lights started blinking on and off. We just left them off the entire time. If you are considering renting this Penthouse for you Family do not be fooled by the old pictures on the website, If you I was. Me and my family are what I consider to be clean people and will never return to that condo!
