Just a short, scenic walk outside, you'll find yourself at the beautiful beach—picture leisurely strolls with your toes in the sand, just minutes from your front door! The big yard is a real favorite, offering lots of room to park your boat, store water toys, or simply enjoy the outdoors. If you love hosting, the outdoor grilling areas are great for cookouts, and the screened-in porches are perfect for intimate chats or quiet evenings watching the breeze.


Inside, the large, open living space is perfect for kicking back, while the lovely dining area makes mealtime special. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking up a storm super easy. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with queen beds—one with an ensuite bathroom that opens onto the screened porch. On the main floor, there's another bathroom conveniently located near the living area.


Downstairs, you'll discover a big washer and dryer to keep things smooth and easy during your stay. There are also two more bedrooms—the one with a luxurious king-sized bed and another with two comfy twin beds—perfect for relaxing and getting a good night's sleep. There's a second bathroom for extra convenience, along with a cute kitchenette to enjoy your morning coffee or evening snacks.

This home is dog-friendly. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday between 9-5. YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE.
Rules for renting with a dog:
-Your dog must be older than 9-months.
-Your dog must always remain on a leash when outside of the house.
-You must clean up after your dog.
-No excessive barking.
-Paid pet fee of $120 PER PET
Failure to follow these rules WILL result in immediate eviction of you or your dog, with no returned money.
