Service was very good and staff were very accommodating. Rooms tended to be on the small size, but always clean. Breakfast was very good. Hotel is within easy walking distance of city center and the train station.
The rooms were rather small, and did not have air conditioning. They were well maintained and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking was not included, and was somewhat pricey. Safe and beautiful neighborhood with lots of shopping options and a quick walk to the train to get to London.

Very nice hotel with a perfect location. Personnel was very helpful. also I would like to mention that pricing was excellent. I wish I stayed there longer. Next time I visit United Kingdom I will most likely stay in Guilford instead of London and obviously my hotel will be Mondalay
