Felt like we were in basement with cleaners there was a window that wouldnt open & looked out onto a brick wall not the best outlook. Also cupboard for hanging clothes couldnt use as it smelt damp & unclean. These problems you dont expect with a 4 star hotel room didnt reflect the money paid.

Far too noisy

Disappointed with room as first night there was a wedding going on way after midnight hard to sleep because of the noises and then second night woke up early in the morning thanks to binmen sounded like they were in my room. Not a relaxing stay over both nights.

We stayed here during a work trip. It was a great place to rest and spend time in the room. They have a bottom floor that’s underground that one of the staff put us in when we arrived early but was so appalling that we asked to change. The room we got was wonderful on the 1st floor, I don’t know if they see Expedia and just give you the worst room but it’s not the first time its happened in London. I also needed to upload 50gb and although the staff didn’t know how to help, we figured out ourselves that the internet is is way faster in the conference room close to the router that in our actual room, which saved me. It’s a great place to stay if you’re in town for work or pleasure. Would recommend.

We were looking for an hotel close to our Son's home and hadn't appreciated that we'd booked a 4 start hotel. However, it was clear as soon as we arrived, given the warm welcome and the quality of the establishment. The staff were clearly well drilled, performing to a Singapore Airlines level of customer care and everything was immaculate, as if a refurbishment had only just completed. Even then, this was to a very high standard of finish. I undertake pre-acquisition surveys of hotels on a regular basis (this visit wasn't work related) and I have rarely been in such a well finished hotel. This all went towards making our stay very relaxing and comfortable. Well done to the management!
