Two minutes from the mall but you have better options and the staff are really unhelpful and very permissive in a way due to it. The cameras really don’t help you feel safe enough. since the receptionist(tall gentleman with curly hair but with an nonchalant attitude about questions.

Reserve mi habitación con 1 mes de anticipación, parecía que todo estaba listo, al parecer enviarón un mensaje que habían hecho un cambio, no de habitación, sino de hotel... sin darme cuenta, el dia de mi viaje me lo hacen saber y me mandaron a un hotel con tres pisos hacia abajo, yo cargaba maletas pesadas. Fue muy molesto eso, aparte ahi era ruidoso, no pude dormir esa noche el hotel llamado Santander... al parecer los dueños no les importa hacer cambios de esa manera, a pesar que se haya pagado y reservado las habitaciones. Encima los recepcionistas no fueron amables excepto uno que nos hizo el cambio nuevamente.

Terrible my bed had finger nails I wasn’t sure if my bed was clean for sure. And not bed covers to sleep well 😴 Hotel doesn’t have breakfast included or restaurant Like said when you do your reservation. I don’t recommend it , this hotel is rated one star ⭐️
