Very helpful and kind staff! Very convenient transportation. Free breakfast and the beds and pillows felt like heaven! Shower was so big and clean! 10/10!

Pay attention to the photos of your booking. The apartment is different from the hotel. The shower in the apartment leaked water out by the bottom of the door. Water was nice and warm. WiFi was fast. Air conditioning worked great only in the living room area. The bedroom only has a fan that faces the bottom of the bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is right next to the Zoo and near many restaurants. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was made fresh.

I would never book with this property again. Host did not show up to give access did not answer calls nor messages did not collect me from the airport I which I could give a negative 100. I was not able to stay because no one showed up. Horrible do not book

Very clean and the amenities were ok. As an American and American phone it was hard to find the location and ordering food. My family liked the apartment very comfortable and felt secured!

Wrong address caused confusion checked in at one location, shuttled to the correct hotel. At checkout, staff refused responsibility for keys, even though I wasn’t informed I needed to return them to the other location. I had to rush to catch my flight. Extremely frustrating will never return.

This property is perfect for 'solo' travelers having an independent personality. I can't recommend strongly enough to bring your own groceries and do your own cooking; if you rely on deliveries, your food will arrive unpleasantly cold (it happened to me with the breakfast included). There are no short distanced restaurants; some fast-foods are in the other side of the Zoo and require an unconfortable stroll in order to get them.

Staying At This place It’s like being in Jail. You’re literally subjected to submitting pictures of your passport/ID before you can even get access to the rooms. Someone has to drive you to the spot where the building is . You have to check in at a different address 15 min away . God forbid a friend wants to visit… no visitors allowed. The building is in a run down business area with out of this world traffic and garbage everywhere. I will never stay there again. Very expensive for that area of Guatemala City.

1. This is a difficult property to review as there are some positives but significant negatives that overshadow the experience. Transparency is an issue, as the address you see on this app is not the address you stay at. You are driven several miles away to an apartment building. The building is very modern, clean, and well-secured, given that you appear to be in an industrial area. Read the other reviews here. The issues others cite we experienced as well. Different location, poor communication – never did receive the wifi password. I encourage Hotels.com staff to examine our communication thread. Obtaining food is problematic but solvable with your own initiative and by using food delivery apps at the building's security station.

The room was tiny, we could barely fit. It was located off site of the main hotel about 15 mins away. It took us almost an hour to check-in and get our room. They gave us the wrong room as well. The breakfast was cold and we had to eat with our hands. This was by far one of the worse experiences we've ever had. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Finding the place wasn't easy for the taxi driver. They have a small sign on the wall above a gate. Then you had to push a button for someone to let you in. After I got there the gentleman at the desk told me he had to have a deposit which came to $124.59 U.S. I gave him my Amex card which just worked at a restaurant and I've used several times since without any problems. He said it wouldn't work. After I checked to make sure it wasn't frozen, I told him I could tap and pay with my Chase Sapphire Reserve card. He said OK and it went through. After it was charged he said that I had to give him my credit card number and expiration date. I told him that I won't do that as that's the whole reason for tap and pay is they never get that info. He put me on the phone with who he said was the manager. He told me that if I don't disclose my credit card number and expiration date that I can't stay even though I paid the deposit. So I had to leave without staying.

This room is not located in Zona 13. It's located in a questionable part of town. The address listed on the confirmation is incorrect. I'm thankful I didn't get out of the taxi because there is nothing there. I was told that if I had any visitors, they had to meet at the lobby, as they were not permitted to go up to the room. I never actually saw a lobby. When you check in, the attendant takes pictures of the room. When you check out, the attendant comes into the room and takes photos of it. I had to take my breakfast to go, and it consisted of one orange juice, one yogurt, and one apple. I didn't enjoy the experience. The only reason I'm actually giving it two stars is that it was very clean, and the shuttle was punctual.
