The place was nice and clean. It was a little complicated getting in and out due to having to identify everyone and remembering codes but otherwise this was great.

For the most part everything in the apartment was great. Except it advertised access to a pool but did not clearly specified that it was only open on certain days. In addition to that, one of the security people at the parking lot seemed to lack customer service skills. Overall, we liked it and enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place, beautiful location

I traveled to Guatemala to meet my fiancé and his family for a few days in the capital. I found this property on VRBO and I am so glad that I booked it and was able to stay here. We stayed in two of the owners apartments here and everything was simply perfection. From the description online to the moment we walked in the door everything was exceptional. Communication with the owner was swift and helpful and the property was above and beyond what we could have hoped for. It is in a great location. It’s beautiful and clean and has all the amenities you need for a great stay. Thank you so much Marcella for all of your help. We will surely keep these in mind for the future
