We had an excellent stay at this property. Staff very professional, friendly and helpful. The room was impecable, very comfortable beds and very nicely decorated. The location of the hotel is fantastic. A lot of restaurants and shops very close. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

The staff is so friendly - I don’t quite remember the name of the staff who helped us at check in at 5am but he was so friendly and helpful. Within the hotel there is a Starbucks coffee in level 2 - in it’s outer surroundings there’s a variety of food options, fast food & great quality restaurants. Theres even a movie theater! Theres an Oxxo about 2 blocks which is very convenient. I highly recommend - I’d come back!

They did not have any idea of my reservations through Hotels.com and had to argue with agent at front desk to look for my information. This was very confusing and of bad taste. You have to press and get upset in order for them to react and do something instead of giving excuses. The car that was sent by hotel was late and was dirty inside and out . He had last minute notice Restroom was not too clean The area is great for restaurants and businesses We were there also to look at some business in Tequila which was perfect Good location for business and quit area
