Staff is the worst I have ever experienced and I travel for work

The desk staff was very friendly, recognized me from previous visits.

Nice rooms. Everything was clean. Traveling and was a nice stop

They comp’d the buffet and got $75 free casino play

You only get 1 chance for a first impression. Upon checking in the only desk clerk was interrupted 5 times by various phone calls and complained about “ being the ONLY person there answering calls , covering the gift shop and assisting guests...”. I showed her my reservation info...2 guests, king room, smoking. When we got to the room with our bags it was a double queen...NON-SMOKING! After 7 hours of driving we just wanted to rest and I thought “ and WHO is gonna move this luggage to another room?”. After a shower and brief nap we decided to try the casino. 30 min of play and $300 down we had not seen a waitress yet...so I walk to the bar and am charged $3 for a beer and told “comps are for players at machines “! I did see the ONLY 2 waitresses though...they where standing at the end of the bar talking to their friends. The Delta Delights buffet was the BEST. Kudos to the hostess ( who was training another pleasant young lady) for your kindness and welcoming smile. The wait staff and bus person had brought their “ A “ game to work that day also...THANK YOU. The buffet... limited simple fare that was soulful and comforting. There were no fussy dishes here just good cooking. THANK YOU.

The staff was friendly, the room was quiet and clean, and as a female traveling alone I felt very safe.

an older hotel but nice enough- close proximety to meetings in Greenville

Wonderful stay..beautiful room. A little further than expected but willing to take the drive..

DIDN'T LIKE THAT THE RESERVATION EMPLOYEE TRIED TO DOWN GRADE MY ROOM WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE CASINO. I HAD RESERVED MY ROOM WITH ORBITS ON LINE.DOWN GRADE FROM DELUXE KING TO TWO QUEEN BEDS .AFTER I REQUESTED A DELUXE KING FACING THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER. AND WAS TOLD NO WERE ARE FULL NO ROOMS AVAILABLE.

I had to drive 8 miles to McDonalds for breakfast because hotel coffee shop was not open. Other than that, I was pleased with my stay and would stay there again.

Two valet attendants were rude at each encounter, thus no tip given to them. The hotel was the nicest we'd seen online for the area. The room was clean and cool. Great air conditioning. The lighting was too dim in all areas of the room, no floor length mirrors in the room, the view was the top of a metal building. While the hotel is not a 5 star hotel or a 4 star hotel, it is the next best thing for the area at around 3.5-3.75 stars.

It was a clean place & looked really nice but sleeping was awful. I hated the bed & the pillows were so uncomfortable. Will NOT stay there again.
