this is not a hotel or a Wyndam property. it is a otel and it is poorly maintained and in great need of renovations.
Bathrooms need upgrading. Blow dryers were old, had dirt and residue on there. It was hanging off the wall. Doors have water damage. Toilets have excessive amounts of rust. Bathrooms not clean.
Great experience overall. The room was great, price was great, and friendly staff was welcoming. I would definitely recommend to others who are looking for a warm cozy hotel with a good price.
Hotel is dated but clean. Water from tap had a distinct light brown color, so you should probably bring your own drinking water; not sure if this was related to the recent heavy rains in the area. Staff are friendly and courteous. Good for a short stay.
The noise level was very high. Guests were having a barbecue with grill on the parking lot. The music was outside at the BBQ and was very loud. The music lasted well into the morning hours. Security apparently does not exist at this facility.
I picked the facility partly because I wanted a good swim after a whole day of driving. As soon as I walked into the lobby I saw that the pool was closed for 3 days. To me it is the kind of thing they should advise to someone with a paid reservation during those "closed pool" days. The pool was part of what I paid for. Everything else was good. The bed was nice, the room was spacious, and the staff were welcoming.
This was a great hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was nice and soft. Great place to stay when u visit Greenville.
Enjoyed our brief stay, staff very friendly, room clean, water still slightly tinted which is normal for the area, quiet stay no issues.
