This is an older hotel trying to help revitalize a dying downtown area. It’s adequate except the continental breakfast was rather sad. Cereals children might want but shouldn’t eat, a tiny pancake machine and mini muffins with some fruit. The lighting was inadequate too. But the towels were almost luxurious compared to other inexpensive hotels.

Very spacious

The room was large and spacious. The breakfast was not much. The coffee was cold and the hot water for oatmeal was cold. When I told the clerk, the manager said she was getting ready yo check it. I was in the breakfast area at least 15 min and no one ever came in. Poor customer service.

Nice stay

The hotel is located in downtown Greenville the staff was really nice and helpful they have breakfast which I didn't take advantage of the bed was very comfortable there was big fluffy towels I really like the fact that there is a smart tv so I was able to use my Netflix and Hulu

The room I requested was supposed to be handicapped accessible, however, the bathroom was not. The shower head was unreachable, the base of the shower entrance was too high for my wheelchair to roll over and not flexible and only one unreachable hand handle that was not adequate for anyone who is disabled. Will never stay at this property. The room was moldy and had an odor.

The staff was so very helpful. Went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The room was huge (suite), and very clean. Elevator and Continental Breakfast. Great price!
