The rooms were awful. We were sent to one room and the beds not made and there was brown stains all over the mattress. We went down to the front and he gave us a different room which had hair all over the beds and brown water. I went back down to the front desk and he said lets try a different room and I said no we are not staying here please refund me and he said no so I cancelled my reservation for the next night. He didnt say sorry or anything and didnt care we left. Extremely unprofessional

The room was clean, I do however think they can invest in some new duvet covers. The one i had in my room has some noticeable stains/rips and it took away from the cleanliness of the room.
