Ok stay

Check in was very slow took almost 15 minutes to be helped then the actual check in was long. I requested that I get put on the top floor when I booked because the hotel doesn’t have great sound barrier between the floors. But they gave me a room on the 2nd floor. I did ask if we could switch it to a top at check in and I was told they hadn’t cleaned them yet. Breakfasts was good and stocked this time so that was nice
