faecal matter stains on sheets

Sheets had faecal matter stains and a full ashtray was left on the balcony. When I complained the next morning compensation was offered by means of a free breakfast. Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust. Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher. The only positive thing about this was the checkin help on the phone number provided, the girl was very helpful. Even though I explained I have a disability and mental health issues the staff in the morning thought a breakfast bribe would keep me quiet

One block from the tram, easy walking distance to central town, friendly staff. This is a very nice, recently remodeled Graz “house”, with big clean rooms. Only downside was tram depot across the street. If you wake easily with windows open in summer, get a room on the courtyard side.
