I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Grande Prairie. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax after a long day. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

My first night was great, second night, new staff, noticed my small puppy and immediately transferred me and my family to a lower room that smelled like chemicals. We then moved to another room which was a little better smelling. The first night we had a very nice room with our puppy. $250 a night only to get sent to a smelly room once she noticed the pup. Made me a little angry.

I booked online with Expedia because at the time the hotel was not accepting debit payment. The front desk guy was not very friendly at all. I asked for a meal ticket for breakfast. He said it wasn’t included with my stay. I would have appreciated the breakfast as I just came back from 21 days at a rig shack. I’m a medic.

Expedia site said there was 8 standard rooms left with 2 queen beds but when I checked in there were none The hotel upgraded to a 2 queen suite for no additional cost however why would Expedia say there were rooms and allow me to make a non refundable purchase when im the room no longer is available?
