Clean and safe
Contrary to Orbitz advertisement of 24 hour shuttle service, we were told that it doesn't exist. The clerk laughed at me when I inquired about it. Then challenged me to prove it. When I did, he said that Orbitz "can screw anything up". He remained patronizing. The bed tables in the room had not been cleaned. The lamp shades were torn and dented. Thought it was exclusive to just one room but found otherwise when I went into the second room we rented.
Easy check in and room was clean. Close to downtown area.

Have to make pool reservations! Yikes that’s the only reason I took my daughter. Also paid for breakfast and had to wait for a half hour to get it. Very understaffed.
Quiet night.. comfortable bed. We didnt try the breakfast.
The property was clean and the restaurant was a nice amenity and what I had was tasty.

We got into our room late with two children. I went to use the bathroom and the toilet was clogged and the previous guests towels and used wash cloths were hanging in the shower. I immediately called the front desk and was told “well I guess I can find you a plunger and

Friendly staff, verbally requested guests wear masks. Offered appointment only one hour blocks for indoor pool use. This was awesome to have pool to ourselves and they were on top of cleaning. The restaurant not so good. Staff needs training and food was awful and overpriced. I’m not one to usually complain in restaurants but this was the exception. A $11 glass of inexpensive wine should be more than a 3oz pour, LoL. The $25 sirloin was inedible, mash dried out. However the mgr/chef was very apologetic/kind and comped the meal which I appreciated. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Thanks for your feedback. We are very sorry about the way you were approached concerning our shuttle. We do run our shuttle Monday thru Friday 8AM-9PM. We apologize for the miscommunication on that.
