- Outdoor Space: While this apartment doesn’t have a private outdoor area, the downtown Railside district offers a public plaza just across the street. This plaza is a beautiful green space with benches, sculptures and an entertainment stage.



- Entry: Easy self-check-in with keypads on both the exterior building door and the apartment door.



Please note, the apartment is on the second floor, and there is no elevator.

- Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM.



- Stairs: The apartment is on the second floor, and there is no elevator. Please consider this if you have heavy luggage or mobility concerns.



- No Smoking: This is a non-smoking apartment. We kindly ask guests to refrain from smoking inside the unit.



- Events & Parties: No events or parties are allowed without prior approval.



- Pets: Pets are not allowed without prior approval.



- Check-In/Out Times: Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. If you need an earlier check-in or later check-out, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.



- Housekeeping: The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay, and we provide fresh linens and towels. For longer stays, additional housekeeping services can be arranged for an extra fee.



- Local Tips: We provide a welcome guide with our favorite local spots, including dining, shopping, and entertainment, to help you make the most of your stay.



- Climate Control: The apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round.
