Amazing time with absolutely no complaints. We went during the state fair and it was in walking distance to it so we didn't have to deal with traffic which was ideal

the facilities were very clean and cozy. The included breakfast was very good.

Hotel great for business needs. WiFi was good. Breakfast was ok, biscuits and gravy sausage and bacon. Potatoes were undercooked. I was on the first floor. The room was kind of noisy, I could hear the people upstairs. But they weren't up late so it didn't bother me too much.

This is a great hotel. The breakfast is decent. They had hard boiled eggs which I like to see on a breakfast bar. Briskets and gravy and hot pancakes. I couldn't get the wifi to work on any of my devices when I was there. I told the staff and they were going to look into it. It seemed like they hadn't heard about the issue from anyone else when I complained. You are close enough to down town. A short drive. There was a microwave and fridge in the room, but no freezer in the mini fridge. So don't buy ice cream at Walmart and expect to eat it later.

We were traveling with two grandsons, ages 7 and 10. The main purpose of this trip was to see the sand hill crane migration. However, when traveling with kids a pool is an absolute necessity. This hotel's pool was fine for the boys. However, it seemed the chlorine, level was too high as, just sitting and watching them swim, my eyes wereburning. Also, each time they were finished swimming their skin. Also, the air temperature in the pool area was very hot, as was the water in the hot tub. But the boys loved it, and the incredibly friendly staff, nice hot and cold breakfast, and spacious room more than made up for my burning eyes! It might be important to note that there are no pets allowed in this hotel. I would recommend it if you're staying in Grand Island.

Great staff! Close to crane viewing! Rooms were outstanding and spacious! Pool was awesome and breakfast delicious! Very great place to stay! Highly recommend !

Best Western Plus in Grand Island proved to be a great place for a midpoint stop-over in a long road trip. The staff was friendly and efficient, the facilities exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was outstandfing! We can be a little picky but would not hesitate to stay here again.

We made a quick trip to Grand Island for the marathon at the Nebraska State Fair. The noon check out time gave us plenty of time after the marathon to shower and enjoy the pool before having to check out. Staff was very friendly.

Very nice, clean, new place to stay. Breakfast was good. Rooms are extremely nice. A++++

We stayed in Grand to run the state fair marathon. This hotel was 5 minutes from the fairgrounds. The room was clean, and it was quiet. Good free breakfast. The air conditioner was somewhat noisy. We would return if we need a hotel there again.

Nice hotel. It is relatively new construction. It has lots of amenities. Food is good, staff was helpful

It was a great place to stay. Had all the amenities and the staff was very helpful.

The room was very good, clean, roomy, great location and a great breakfast! The only draw back was that the room had paper thin walls and ceilings. You could hear every word the people in adjacent rooms said and the footsteps from the people above. Very hard to get a good nights sleep. I probably got 6 total hours sleep the two nights we were there. We probably would not stay there again because of that, even tho the room was very nice.

Thank you for staying with us and your feedback regarding the potatoes. We will take a look at that and see if we need to make some changes. I am glad that our internet met your business needs. If we can be of service on any of your future stays, please let me know. Thanks again for staying with us. With Gratitude, Matthew Ripp
