Staff was mostly adsent. Continental breakfast was terrible. Dining area was very dirty with zero attention being given to it. Rooms had been recently remodeled and were ok.

Your feedback is very important to us, and I am saddened to hear that you had issues with your stay. Our staff isn't at the front desk 24/7 as they have other things they have to do- such as cleaning, stocking, and having their food breaks. If a customer comes while the front desk assistant is busy then the phone acts as a bell to call the front desk to come assist the guests. This is like that at all places where it is not an office to be able to take off and go to lunches or stay in one place. Our new breakfast room was just recently built. Since we have taken over from the previous management we have a lot of steps to take to add on the hot breakfast. We should have everything available within the next week! Please call the front desk if they are busy, with the phone put at the front desk, and ask any questions you may have so they can help ease any confusion.
