Room was great in walking distance to restaurants friendly staff

I am really happy that we stayed here. my wife is a crazy about cleanness when it comes about staying in hotels. I new that this hotel will be a top place to be able to join the Grand Canyon for a morning Sunrise so i did not expect much. I was impressed by the welcoming staff at the front desk, willingness to accommodate our request quickly and duly. I would rate this hotel 5 out of 5 for the kind of money we paid.

Great motel for visiting NAU. Helpful and friendly staff. No noisy trains.

I expected a cheep dump just to get buy after spending 3 days and a lot of money at a very nice marriott. and was surprised buy the clean spacious renovated room with more amenities than at a great merriott I would have never considered staying with my wife at a hotel with only 2 stars costing only $37 on a halloween nite, it was exceptionally quiet HoJo's is now on my list of places to stay!!!

We didn't do much in Flagstaff, went directly to Grand Canyon and back. We stayed a couple of nights with my family. The staff was nice. Breakfast could be better, there is not much to choose and not enough tables for everybody. The room was clean and comfortable, a little bit noisy at night.

Great price for room, parking, microwave, ref, television and most importantly, wi-fi. It is close to NAU. I recommended it to my colleagues who would be doing the sequel of the training that we did this week.

The water for the shower and sink was either scalding hot or freezing cold. Room over looked mechanics working on cars which they would start their work at 8 am. Bed had a bug crawling in it. That was the last straw we left even though had one more night paid for. Worst hotel ever, you get what you pay for should have camped in the woods, cleaner.

At the low nightly price my expectations were fairly low. I was surprised with the quality of the room. It had everything I could want and was surprisingly quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fresh soap/shampoo/lotion provided daily, great for when you forgot to pack that stuff. I liked it so much I extended a extra week.

I got to agree that it's hard to find a hotel this cheap, but I don't really think it was worth that. Room was not clean at all and I would have rather paid more for a more comfort stay

Very good value at this location. It is near the middle of Flagstaff with easy access to activities. Excellent start point for the Lowell Observatory and Grand Canyon. It is not the most modern facility, but the value is there.

Good base for Grand Canyon trips. Decent continental breakfast.

Lady at front was surprisingly friendly. Got my room key quickly without being antagonized. Room smelled good. Clean. Was a pretty decent room for the price paid. Must have been remodeled, can tell in some places. I love the big giant mirror in the room. If u need a flat screen tv u won't find that here. Overall it was a quiet night.

We were in Flagstaff for a college trip for my daughter. The manager was friendly and helpful, and as a NAU graduate himself, gave some helpful information. The room is in desperate need of updating, but reasonably clean and the beds comfortable. For an inexpensive overnight, this was better than expected.

Our group of four needed someplace to stay for one-night before our week rental in Sedona. This place was fine – beds were comfortable, and there was a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was as stated elsewhere minimal but not a problem, especially since we paid so little for the room.

Staff was onhand late and very efficient. Room was clean, and was quiet.

Upside, great staff and easy check in, convenient parking. Good location in the middle of town. Downside. It's pretty old, felt worn. Curtain broke when I tried to close it, which in itself is not a big deal but serves as a decent metaphor for the vibe of the whole place. It's passable in a pinch, but barely. If all you need is a place to crash and a shower I would recommend for the price over the flea bags on Milton. That aside, the few extra dollars is worth it to stay at one of the nicer and competitively priced places nearby.

This is your basic 50's style route 66 motel, nothing fancy but the price is right! We have been travelling frequently to visit a dying family member, so travelling on a very tight budget. We stayed in a room with 3 double beds. Two beds were in the main part of the hotel room and the third was in a small side room. Perfect for my family travelling with nearly grown teenage sons. We also brought our dog. The staff was friendly. The building/room was old but clean. It did have a nice size compact refrigerator and a microwave/coffee maker. The location is perfect with easy access to I-17/Milton and Route 66. Near the train, but we didn't hear it!

Ok but I might not go there again. There were some little things they could improve on that would make it lot better.

Great price for Flagstaff in the winter season. Nice staff. Room was cold when I arrived; room heat was turned off until I turned it on. Internet seemed a little slow. Breakfast was white bread and donughts. Good hotel for me and for contractors. My girlfriend would not like it.

We were passing through Flagstaff and needed a place to stay. This was very reasonably priced, a comfortable room, and friendly staff. Nothing special, but perfect if you need a place to stay.
