Check in and check out were smooth. Problem with key card on day 2 was quickly resolved. Staff was pleasant. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Two small complaints, the bath towels were a little rough, and having a bar soap option along with the body wash would be nice. I would stay there again.
