front desk girl came and confirmed it but unfortunately they were sold out and couldnt move us to another room to confirm if all the other rooms were like this too Super old hotel. Not worth staying pay the extra and go elsewhere

Missed daily room cleaning (due to COVID). Carpet in the room was spotted with pet urine. Breakfast was marginally OK. COVID prevention in the meal room was inconsistent. Individually wrapped hot meal, but bottles of condiments on the table (instead of individual packets). Tables were not wiped down after each use.

The staff is extremely friendly, and would have had an awesome breakfast for the price. However, due to covid they had to change there breakfast.

We had a king handicap room for three adults. It was very nice to have a room with two bathrooms, kinda like a suite with an extra room. The bed wasn’t what I am used to but I slept pretty well. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the stay.

Location is good--next/near shops, restaurants, Downtown. Maybe 30 minutes from a couple of national monuments. Breakfast is decent. Bathrooms are a bit small and oddly laid out but it works for a short stay. The parking lot is confusing-- it only goes in one direction all the way around so it's one way even when you want to leave. Good thing is there's plenty of parking, I was there when there was no vacancy and I never worried about getting a spot.

Located on Rte 66, friendly staff. Rooms were nice.

The woman at the desk during afternoon check in was very helpful. The Pony Soldier had a nice breakfast. The employees worked to keep the dining area clean and the food stocked. I heard the train at night, but it wasn't obtrusive. We enjoyed our stay at The Pony Soldier.

Location ,close to highway for easy on entrance ramp.

Great location, awesome full service breakfast. Poor beds, small room, need cleaning.

Checked in at 7pm. Less then 60 seconds later back in the car and in the room. Very clean and comfortable. Love the soap dispensers in the showers.Newspaper at my front door both mornings and excellent breakfast. Came up from Parker Az. for the snowfall, neither the hotel nor the weather were a disappointment. Very nice hotel at a very fair price. I saw in some other reviews complaints about train noise and that is true but thanks to the comfort of the room, the bed and the pillows I was back asleep in 10 minutes. This property is close to shopping, restuarants and tourist attractions. Will stay again.

It was ok. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Had a good sleep.

Surprised to find out this is a dog friendly hotel. No big deal right? Who doesn’t love Dogs? Problem is inconsiderate owners letting dogs bark ALL NIGHT Long! Really People?? Hotel did nothing to Remedy..

Hotel is slightly vintage. Room was a bit spacious. Complimentary breakfast was Great! I would consider staying again.
