Upgraded my room before I even got there. The room was very clean. Only issue I had was the coffee bar, the creamer packets were spoiled and bad. Otherwise my stay was fantastic.

The rooms weren’t bad but they could use a remodel and/or a deep cleaning. The lobby area was well cared for. Staff was very nice and helpful. The hot tub was not working which was disappointing. Breakfast was served only till 9 am which is pretty early for someone on vacation and this was on the weekend.

My family and friends had the best experience. The room is clean and comfortable, the staff is very respectful and accomodating, the breakfast made us full. The pool needs to warm a little but still we had great time swimming and we took a lot of pictures because we love the view inside the hotel. We'll sure come back next time.

1. Most expensive room in the hotel. The room's hot tub had an old piece of soap in it. Gross. A hair ball. A big bug, dead on the wall. 2. The hot tub in the pool area wasn't working...empty...on a holiday weekend. 3. The front desk staff, while friendly...were clueless. Simple requests almost needed AI to interpret. I wouldn't stay here again unless they stepped up their game.

The room was ok, the breakfast on the first day had sausage and that was it for warm food the pool was absolutely disgusting between the dirt and hairballs in the water and the pistachio shells all over the floor the hot tub is out of service and apparently has been for quite some time it was very quiet though

There are not much options of places to stay but this is the second time i’ve stayed here and it’s better that the other available hotel. My only feedback would be the cleanliness. I recommend you wipe everything before use. When I stayed everything felt sticky and there was dust.

First thing… the security bar at the top of the door was broken… the ball was busted off. Tv wouldn’t even connect to service. The shower fan didn’t work. And when checking in had a hard time understanding what he was saying. Stayed in room 118 at the Grafton ND Hotel.
