The staff was very friendly! Breakfast was good. The bathroom was filthy, gross stains on the couch. I asked for extra pillows and was told that they were out. Had to request housekeeping service.
The hotel was really nice and staff was very friendly. Only problems in the room there was a dirty rag and hair in the tub and there was also some balloons left in room. Just need housekeeping to do better and more aware.

The facility was quite old and run down with a few spit polish upgrades to make it look better in pictures. I went out of my way to get to a Marriott instead of a Holiday Inn or La Quinta. This was no better than my expectation of those kind of hotels - at 1.5x the price.
We were only there for a short visit but it's very convenient to Fort Stewart. Good breakfast choices, but it would be nice if the breakfast was open until 10 instead of 9. Soldiers return all times of the day and night and it'd be nice to have a little more time to make it to the breakfast.

There were holes in the wall in the room - for a Marriott, come on? The breakfast was lame - next door at the Holiday Inn Express there is a staff that is helpful, cheerful, etc. At the Fairfield the toaster was broken, they had containers for Orange, Apple and Cranberry but nothing but Orange juice. The waitstaff was not at all friendly.
Compared to recent trips to the areas this hotel experience was AWFUL. TV didn't work, room was not what we paid for, it was like "oh well"
We traveled to Hinesville to welcome my son back home from Iraq. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, providing directions, suggestions on where to eat etc. The grounds are beautiful, there is even a deck on a pond, the deck offers BBQ grills, music, a TV and firepit and is beautifully lit up at night, a great place to relax and visit. The Applebees is right across the parking lot which was convenient. We hosted 2 other soldiers in addition to my son and the hotel was great about brining us extra towels and shampoo/soap for these guys who hadn't had a good long hot shower in a year..it was great!! I would highly reccomend it and look forward to staying there many times in the future!
Eerything was very nice people, well balanced breakfast and the Bed was very confortable. I would love to return.
