"It's fine, they just have a few details. For example, the bathroom door doesn't close, the shower is literally falling down."

"We were placed on the 5th floor, elevator broken. Had to use fire stairs and carry our lugagge 5 flights up. When asked about any compensation our request was declined. We were told that the elevator was going to be back in ordef at least in 3days."
