Bathroom floor wasn’t the cleanest but the rest of the room was very clean. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment each morning as the only hot things were waffles or instant oatmeal. There was also cereal and white bread for toast, apples, oranges, yogurt and juice. Front desk staff were really courteous and broke a $20 for the soda machine. All in all, not bad, but not great.

close to the outlet, front desk lady is rude, I paid for the room in Orbitz, she says NO, finally I put Orbitz people on the phone, she says I did paid for it.

The bathtub had hair in it, not my hair. This makes me think it wasn’t even cleaned before I checked in. I took a shower with my flip flops on, something I can understand doing in a hostel or campground, but not a $140 hotel. This made me question the general cleanliness and I felt icky afterwards. The beds were comfy and things were relatively quiet until a man across the hall blared his tv full blast at around 1 am. The male hotel employee helped immediately so that was very professional. The woman who works the front desk at check-out was rather unfriendly. Ok hotel if you’re desperate and it’s late and you need cant find anywhere else to sleep for the night.
It's a Super 8, undergoing renovations. But the staff seemed pretty uptight about the breakast time and use of the pool. It was only a one night stay, so it was ok. Good location by the Gilroy outlets

Average hotel-room was clean and bed was comfortable. Not a great selection at continental breakfast.
I normally don't write reviews but I would like everyone to know that this hotel is pretty run down. The room was pretty small and the room was not that clean. The bathtub felt and sounded like I was going to fall through to the flor below us. The breakfast was decent but not the greatest. For the price that we paid I just expected it to be a lot nicer. Also when we were checking in there was a quest that came up to the front desk and said his room wasn't even clean. The gal at the front desk told him that she could give him towels and sheets but the manager wasn't there until morning and he can file complaint then. Apparently there wasn't any other rooms clean to move him to and the gal even told him that they did have problems with the cleaning people that day on his floor. I just thought that was very horrible for him.

Great Deal for the price. Truly a Non- Smoking location , _No_ Smoking within or near the building which is excellent !!!! Rooms clean and staff friendly. Also comes with a free breakfast which is a good one for the room rate. : ) apples oranges cereal yogurt juice coffee milk cinnamon rolls fresh waffles and more
This hotel is thank God totally really smoke free and a great deal. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Would be better if walls were thicker and air conditioner and toliet were less noisy, but still great great deal : ) !! Free breakfast is great for the price : )
Stayed here for a night the day I flew into the Bay Area. Decent hotel located near the Gilroy Premium Outlets. I had a king sized suite nice room and comfortable bed. Good selection of breakfast items in the morning. A little noisy because it's right by Highway 101 other than that it was a good place to stay for the night.
