There was originally an issue with reservation which was fixed. Room was clean, staff was very polite.

The room smelled odd, and looked like it had not been cleaned. The comforters on the bed were also stained. We actually went out and bought pillows and blankets for our 2 night stay. There were 2 lights that did not work, the smoke detector was missing, and there was a loose electrical receptacle without a cover behind the bed. We blew a breaker by plugging in a phone charger. Breakfast was also very disappointing. I went out to get breakfast at 8:30 am and all that they had was water, 3 slices of bread, cereal, and 1 cup of yogurt. This hotel was also advertised as having a pool, but it was empty. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was surprisingly friendly
It was a safe, clean place to stay with good water pressure and comfortable beds. Location was ideal. Downsides: it was difficult to get a towel for 3 rd person in room for 4 and room had not been checked before we checked in - missing smoke alarm (was put in at our request🙂), a light without a lightbulb, and damage to a wall. Staff were friendly, but seemed overwhelmed - we saw only the same 3 staff over 2 days and 2 nights. Breakfast was bare minimum but milk was not iced, tongs were not available for bread, and coffee tasted old.
Check in process was not smoothly executed. Hotel is dirty and the property around the the hotel is not clean either.

It is a dump - carpet old and stained - mold on bathroom ceiling - toilet was turned off. When water supply turned in it ran water all night.
No breakfast. No housekeeping, dirty and worn out.
DO NOT STAY HERE! We had 3 rooms. All had a musty smoke smell even though they were supposedly non-smoking rooms. One room the toilet room fan rattled loudly, had a burnt out bulb, and the toilet kept flushing on it's own all night waking us up. The 2nd room the carpet and towels were soaking wet. It was obvious the previous occupant had flooded the tub and housekeeping didn't finish cleaning up the room. It was too late and we were too tired to ask to switch rooms, but when we asked for new dry towels the man at the front desk initially gave us rude attitude insisting the room had been cleaned and had clean towels already. The same man was also rude when we checked out the next morning. In addition, when we booked the room it was advertised as including a continental breakfast, but there was absolutely no breakfast served at all. It was just awful all around.
Bed sheets had stains on it. Tub/shower had mold on mat. Overall disgusting. Pictures on website must have been taken the year it was built.
Good stop for over night stay convenient to interstate but quiet no complaints
Room didn't have a coffee maker and A/C was marginal.
Thanks to the lovely ladies at the front desk who not only let us borrow their corkscrew but then opened our bottle when we were unable to! Pleasant check in thanks to them and the room was comfortable and everything we needed. Simple breakfast but just what we need to get the day started. Pool/jacuzzi & fitness center are great amenities to have as well.
It was decent enough. The hot tub wasnt hot the pool was cold, breakfast was adequate.

I do apologize we are working on correcting the problems in the hotel to give our guests a more pleasurable stay, Our breakfast is a grab and go that is required by Wyndham at this time we offer toast, cereal, muffins, yogurt, juice and coffee.

I apologize for the inconvenience while we our making repairs to the rooms and pool it is on our website that the pool is closed at this time, some of the rooms are also under repair so again I do apologize you were placed in a room that hasn't had those repairs as for breakfast Wyndham only requires a grab and go breakfast at this time but what we do offer should have been continued to be stock until at least 9am, We hope you will consider a future visit while we are working to you a more pleasurable stay.

We appreciate your feedback, And I apologize for any inconvenience as a Wyndham hotel we are only required to serve a grab and go breakfast at this time, someone from the desk should have been able to supply you with extra towels and put a light bulb in your lamp as you know we all have been faced with the challenges of staffing issues during and since covid . We strive to make a pleasurable stay for all of our guest. My apologizes sometimes they are not met do to lack of staffing.
