Nice new hotel in a growing region. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms smelled terrible the beds were old are clearly worn down the pool was heavily over chlorinated to the point my son has chemical burns
Friendly staff, and they're very pet friendly. They offered our dog a treat and won her affection.
Property was convenient to friends in the area, and then we all went to Gettysburg.
Conveniently located near restaurants and a variety of stores.
I reserved a handicapped room. When I took a shower, it was open for wheelchairs, the drain didn’t work, so b the entire floor was flooded! I almost fell three different times getting out of the shower. the shower head had black mold all over it. The towels had holes in them. The concierge/food server had her work phone and personal phone sticking out of her bra while touching the food with no gloves or hairnet. The walls are paper thin. There was a dog show in town. There were many dogs staying in the hotel whining and barking ALL night!!? And in the breakfast area. The staff are not very helpful and very unprofessional. Bypass this hotel!
I thought the hotel was clean and relatively updated except for the tulip which was black in the bottom which was probably from wear. The young man that checked me in was not very nice or professional. I thought the breakfast was great. I feel for the young woman who was working the desk as she also was responsible for the breakfast. I waited and had to ask someone to get her and was told to drop my keys at the desk. I did not speak to her. I would stay again.
While the staff was overall friendly, they lacked any and all business etiquette. Several of them swore in common conversation and were seen daily chain smoking right out in front of the hotel entrance. The breakfast was sub par at best. Food was cold and had been sitting out for hours. The cleaning staff did not vacuum my room once throughout my entire stay. Bathroom had mold in it. It was a disappointing stay all around.
Lovely property that met our needs. We had the king suite which had a private bedroom and then a sofa bed in the main room. Our only issue was the desk was unattended while the clerk had to help clean up someone’s room. It seems there should be other staff for that. Breakfast was amazing! We always like to stay at Country Inns and Suites and this visit was up to their usual level of excellence.
Very clean place and everyone friendly. Good location with several restaurants and stores in walking distance.
Breakfast was not nearly as good as other facilities. No tea, coffee was not hot.
Staff was very friendly but my room was terribly dirty there was hair in my bed there was urine on the floor in the bathroom and there was mold in the tub Not acceptable!
Great hotel for an overnight work trip. Nearby many restaurants and stores if you need anything and the fitness center is functional except for the tv. Breakfast is good enough for one day.
Great hotel but the prices a way too high. The staff was wonderful.
Hotel is old and dirty. There are newer hotels in area to choose from.
Convenient location for Bush Garden and Colonial Williamsburg
Cheap , clean, close to highway place to eat nearby. Breakfast was also enjoyable
Enjoyed staying here. Would definitly stay here again if the need arises. The staff was very friendly. Housekeeping acknowledged me every time I passed them in the halls. The room was a nice size and the bathroom was very spacious. Their breakfast was delicious, I just thought it was a little cool in the breakfast area because its so close to the front door. Love the noon checkout time.
