The receptionist was great, however the hotel itself is quite run down. Room was not the cleanest, shower curtain rod coming off the wall, had to get extra towels every day... Seriously, the lowest quality "Suite" I have ever been in.

Clean and accommodating

Easy to get to right off highway, grocery store next door and plenty of dining options that are walkable.

The pool and hot tub were nice. However, the customer service was only so so. Only 2 towels in the room even though the reservation was for 4. Everything was a bit run down and the complete lack of a suitable main lounge area was shocking, given the the price and reputation of this brand.

Every thing was fine and we would stay there again. My only complaint was when we came down for breakfast at 7:30 the coffee decanter was empty. Also it was pretty messy in the breakfast area. Spilled beverages etc. I didn't see anyone monitoring the food area or checking.

Hotel next to car lot. Lots of noise in the morning from arriving employees. Was not allowed to check in a little early. Fine but should be advertised this is STRICK policy. Period.

An ok olace to stay. Mostly clean, not bad for 1 night. If you're picky, stay somewhere else.

The hotel was conveniently located and clean. There was some trouble at check-in with pay when you stay. Ut got sorted out before I left. Internet was slow, breakfast non-existent

The hotel design is different from most and we really l9ked it.

Dirty room, nasty shower, lumpy bed, etc, etc DO NOT stay here!

Nice new hotel in a growing region. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms smelled terrible the beds were old are clearly worn down the pool was heavily over chlorinated to the point my son has chemical burns

Hello Michael.Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your recent stay. I am so happy your check in experience was great. I am here to make all of our guests feel welcomed and comfortable from the time they walk in to check in. We want our guests to know if they need anything we are here to help them with whatever they may need.Getting extra towels is nothing uncommon. Radisson has a policy that we are not allowed to put more than 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash clothes in every room. This is something we have to follow. When guests ask for more towels we can give them as many as they need.If your room was that dirty, we could have moved you to a different room. Are you stating it was dirty because of the shower rod coming off of the wall? We could have moved you to a different room because of that also. There was a part ordered for that rod a few weeks ago, which we are still waiting for.It really is unfortunate when things break, especially in the rooms. We have no control over the items that break, but we get right on it to fix the item that is broken. Sometimes you have to wait for the part longer then what you were hoping for.We started our renovation in January 2020, getting as far as taking all of the pictures off the walls and the big mirrors off the dressers in every room. Then, March 2020 is when everything started going haywire due to the pandemic so we had to stop everything. We still have furniture and other items we ordered that we have not received yet. This renovation has been a challenge, and things are still not back to normal yet. We are hoping here in the near future we will get to working on everything again until the renovation is completed.Thank you for stopping by to visit us. You mentioned 2 of some of the main perks we have when staying with us here at Country Inn & Suites, being right off of the interstate and having many shopping centers and restaurants surrounding us. Nobody could ever be bored while staying here. Hello Dustin. Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your recent stay. We are sorry you felt the customer service you were given was only, "so so", as you mentioned. I have gathered my whole staff together and went over what we expect for them to give the best customer service we could ever give them. Our goal is to make sure our guests feel welcomed and comfortable during their entire stay, making them aware that we are here to help them out with anything. Our hotel is 17 years old. In January 2020 we started renovating and got only as far as taking all pictures down off the walls and mirrors taken off the dressers in every room. Than, March of 2020, after we started to order our furniture, COVID/pandemic, started. This is when we had to stop everything. Remember all of the businesses that were shut down, mail was barely moving, and the delivery people were scarce, due to either having the pandemic or being afraid to work incase they caught it. This was a tough time for all businesses. We even had to stop serving our breakfast too. There are still some businesses that are still trying to pull everything back to normal. We are in this category. We are just now able to order our furniture, and as soon as we know the date we will be getting the furniture, we will be back to working on our renovation again. We are doing our best to provide everything we can for our guests, and to make sure they have a good stay when they visit us. It was wonderful having you as one of our guests. I am truly sorry about the way the coffee was left empty, and the tables were not cleaned up the way they should have been after guests got done eating. I assure you we are working on this right away so that you and no other guests will have to experience this in our breakfast area anytime your here staying with us. This is one thing I will not tolerate and it will be fixed immediately. I understand how important it is to make sure all of our guests have a clean place to eat and enjoy their breakfast.
