There were loose outlet covers in our room and there was no hot water.

Clean room, free parking, and location was great, restaurants are in walking distance, right next to highway

Faucet leaked out from the bottom,Found a bedbug in the bed

Horribly dirty, desk man only knocked on the door once with a room key and then just walked in while I was changing. Creepy place to be if you are a young female. So not suggest this hotel. Many homeless people were walking around, old men hit on me every day I was there. The outside doors were supposed to be activated with a key but it was broken so anyone could walk in off the street. Multiple times I was there I had to get my key card RECONNECTED to my room because they wouldn’t work. The whole place smells like tobacco and cat piss.

The motel was in a great location next to the highway with many sources of shopping and dining nearby. The room we reserved smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking. The hallways always reeked of smoke. Our room lacked a mini fridge and microwave which was rectified, immediately. The light in the bathroom worked seldom. It took four days to get a 'do not disturb' sign. After requesting no room service, we discovered our room was entered into, anyway. The sign we finally got (on day four) was removed by the staff claiming it was notated to not be cleaned. That was the same day it was entered into without permission. There were holes in the hallways and walls. Very poor patchwork. My children and I got many bug bites while staying here. I saw no bugs. I'm hoping it was dust mites.

The bed was fine and clean. The floor wasn't very clean or the chair to sit in. The bathroom didn't have enough towels and it looked like there is mold in the ceiling in it. There was a dog smell throughout the hallway and trash bags sitting by a window in the hallway right outside our door to our room. It stunk. Between that and the dog smell it was gross in the hallway I wouldn't want to stay again on the 2nd floor. I would probably try to stay on the first floor and see if that was any better. The room was dingy and the lack of pillows had us hitting our heads on the beds headboard when we were trying to watch tv

We did not stay because the room was filthy and old and smelled horrible. The door was not working properly and we had to virtually break in to just see the room. We had definitely entered the low end of town according to the loafers around it . Never again.

There was no breakfast, just coffee .It was none smoking but smelled of smoke.

We booked a non-smoking suite with a pull out couch for 3 adults. When we arrived, the room smelled horrible (smoke?) there were only two towels in the bathroom and one pillow on each bed. The pull out sofa was broken and had no mattress and looked like something that was discarded in front of a fraternity house. I made the mistake of taking my shoes and socks off and discovered the carpet was sticky. My husband went to the front desk to see about getting another pillow (because 2 pillows for 3 people wasn’t going to work) and when the desk clerk brought the pillows to the room, I informed him of my displeasure in the condition of the sofa and the room, and to please inform the manager, but it was 11:30pm, and we would just deal with it. The front desk called a few minutes later and asked if we would like to switch to the suite room across the hall. We moved rooms, and this one at least didn’t smell, and there was a mattress on the pull out sofa bed, but no linens. We took the linens from one of the beds in the first room to make up the sofa bed, along with the towels, so there would actually be at least one towel for each of us. The shower and sink were clean, but water stains on the walls of the bathroom, and on the ceiling of the bedroom was concerning. The carpet was also not clean, but I just kept shoes on.The bedding was clean (as far as I could tell), and both air conditioners worked. I understand you get what you pay for, but I would not stay here again.

The carpet was sticky and the sheets did not seem to be fully clean.

There was mold on the walls. And the nonsmoking room reeked of smoke

Beds uncomfortable, tiny pillows, tv not working, hallways smelled like wet dog and marijuana, door to room when shut had gaps. First time I ever went cheap with price of hotel, and, quite obviously, you get what you pay for...

No phone in the room, bathroom wasn’t stocked, still had towels from the last guests

I knew the hotel was old, but for the price, the condition should be better. Room smells musty and hall carpets are very dirty. Door to room has huge gap.

Horribly dirty! I would not allow my dog to stay in one of their rooms!!

Just stopping in the middle of a long trip during Thanksgiving weekend. Wish I got here earlier as the sign out front had a very low walk in price and I could have cancelled my reservation. I had reserved in advance due to large number of travelers on the road this weekend. I found several items in need of repair or replacement. Some wallpaper was hanging off the wall in bathroom, some water was leaking out of the toilet somewhere. After successfully moving my luggage in, I returned from dinner to find my card not working. Not an uncommon occurrence, but when I told the office, he said that it was probably just the outside door I was using. He said he usually just tells guests to walk around. Made me wonder how long this had been going on.. My room was massive and fairly clean, but one chair had several holes in it and the desk chair arms were both missing the padding that was once on them. Just coffee, no breakfast.

Even though was a short stay, I enjoyed the timé spent at the hotel.Roomy and very comfortable.I will book again !!!Thanks!!
