Front desk was great, check in fast and easy and hotel was clean and in good shape.

I'm from out of town and needed a place to stay. Convienent location. Would stay again. The free breakfast was ok. Gravy tasted sour so didn't eat that. Oj and bagels were good.

Needed a place to stay in between Philadelphia and Williamsburg, PA for the night after a wedding. Got in very late, but the stay was very accommodating. The room was very large and clean. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast but came included, which was a plus. The eating area looks very modern and new. We only stayed one night because we were passing through, but would highly recommend.

Stay was fine.Nothing stands out about the place but it served us well.

The staff was very friendly. The lobby/breakfast area very spacious, looked nice and clean. That's it for the positive though. When we arrived, the hallway had a seriously unpleasant smell to it, and the carpet has many stains. In the morning there was no smell (or we had gotten used to it?!). The room... A bit of a funny smell, but ok. The a/c unit was a newer one, so no loud clanking as it turns on. Mostly clean, but strange rustling from an apparently plastic mattress cover that wasn't sitting right. Pillows were comfortable though.

Liked the hotel, very clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and friendly and very welcoming. The only thing they need more help and improvement is their breakfast service. Not enough food for all their guest.

Good location and ease of access. Quiet in rooms other side of highway we didn't even hear the traffic. Good breakfast choices.

Just needed a place to crash for a few hrs before driving home. The room was clean, staff friendly, and breakfast was pretty good.

A lot of recent upgrades to the facilities. Nice to have refrigerator and microwave in the room. Complimentary breakfast, good but could be better; all items were not kept replenished to the end of the breakfast period. Problem with the heater in the room (loud squeak), when reported the front desk immediately offered to move us to another room, which we accepted, no problems with the second room (the bad heater was being repaired the next morning when we checked out).

Central location , 30 miles from Gettysburg , 30 miles from Carlisle, 45 miles from Hershey and Williams Grove .

It was great the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The pool was warm and clean. The rooms were nice a roomy. I will stay here again in OCT.

Arrived in the evening staff was great, Location awesome. Close to everything. Great price. Thanks

room was clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent in helping me find things around town.

Fine and clean rooms, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, not too far away from Gettysburg, PA, walking distance to some nice restaurants. Smallish breakfast provided. No complaints whatsoever. Recommended!

I have a Best Reward's card, but it's odd that other travel sites will have a better deal than the Best West site. I like their hotels because they're cleaner, in better locations and professionally operated. This one was also very nice and comfortable. Short walk to restaurants and stores. It is close to the freeway so you may hear some trucks at night.

The beds are extremely comfortable. Everything looks to be rather new. The only complaint was when we were leaving early in the morning (5:30), the desk clerk was sleeping in a chair in the lounge area with a blanket. Who wants to see that? Very tacky.

Bed was very comfortable, thats the good part. Broken sink, moldy smelling shower, low water pressure, toilet barely flushed....Barking dog, in room down the hall! Breakfast was so -so. It was a bed, for a night - thats it I expected better for the price.

Hotel staff were very nice! The room was very clean. The hallways smelled like smoke (although I was in the non-smoking hall) and the bed was very, very firm--it had no give and some members of our party woke up with back pains. I know some people like hard mattresses but this was the hardest matress I've ever slept on. Besides that, it was a nice stay at a low-priced hotel. I'd only recommend this hotel to someone who loves rock-hard mattresses.

We stayed overnight en route to Boston and the room provided very comfortable beds and quiet for wonderful rest and a good continental-style breakfast. Can't beat that.

Close to everything, rooms very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Can't get any better for the price.... I'm on a 13 week assignment and are beginning my third week, I have stayed here for the first 3 weeks and will continue to do so until my assignment is up.
