Need a Lot of Improvements!

Sorry to say, this hotel is not managed wisely. About my room: 1) The floor was dirty, full of dust & sands. Not clean at all. 2) The ceiling was broken and awaiting to fall down onto the guest. Gosh! 3) The mattress was acceptable but the bed itself was not in a good condition, it's sinking in the center. 4) The mirror in the bathroom was just a pieces of broken, sharp & dangerous of glass and it's not usable at all. Maybe as a weapon?! 5) No towel provided, need to ask again from the receptionist. The receptionist forgot to give the remote control for the television & air-conditioner, and again he said no remote control for the television, just adjust the channel & volume behind it. 6) Some of the lights in the room was not works, just like a decorations. Please manage it wisely and nicely and please make it worth for the guests to pay for their stay. No need for any sort of luxurious item inside the room, a basic should be enough and in a good condition. Thank you.
