The staff were really friendly and helpful, we arrived super early and the hotel front desk lady let us into our room around 12:00 - usually it's 3:00 before you can check in. Room was very big for a family of 4 and area is right in the centre of George town.

Enjoyed the clean, brand new property during our visit to Penang. It was a last minute change because of the location and it turned out we made the right choice. Everything was perfect from checking in to checking out. Service was excellent, every staff greeted us with smiles and was helpful. Loved the coffee in the lobby and the scent of the shampoo and body wash (wished I can purchase a set home.) They even provided us umbrellas on the rainy days. Definitely would recommend this property to family and friends.

First time I got into a hotel without parking, don't even fill up your water and location so inconvenient. Next to a local karaoke and the sound proof is so bad I can hear every single vocal. Good is staff is exceptionally patience to assist and breakfast has healthy options.
