Cleanliness of hotel rooms is below par. There were ants on the bed and around the bedside table which was really terrible. Staff arranged another room for stay though but not good experience in general. No late checkout could be entertained as well.

The property itself is great but what I didn’t like was taking a print copy of my identity documents to keep and share to the head office to verify that I’m a Malaysian resident. This can be easily confirmed by viewing my identity at the front desk. Headquarters should review their privacy collection policies. Furthermore, there weren’t enough hotel key cards and were only given 1 per room, which were told that the next day we could try again to get an extra card. There’s a policy if we lost the key cards, it’s RM50 each fine.

Wonderful stay here, a real gem in the middle of Georgetown. Everything is within walking distances and the hotel is well located. Breakfast was great. Room was comfortable with a lovely bathroom area. Would recommend to all.

Beautiful heritage building converted to a hotel, very modern & classic feel for a converted building. The room was quite nice, the bathroom however could have been more clean alongside the shower, not sure if they sanitize of deep clean this. Location is great if you need something near the ferry terminal. The place is clean and tidy. It's quiet so you get a good night sleep. Walkable distance to most places nearby. Anything further then it's no issues to hail a Grab ride to get you from A to B. Spacious and clean, very safe area.
