There was a bus down the road from our hotel meaning that we could we could take the bus down to Georgetown. Nice swimming pool, beach front with scenic seating area, food court in front of hotel with other local restaurants in the vicinity, bus stops close by if you want to try the local service.

Outstanding hotel - truly excellent all around. Very clean and resourced. The room was huge with an ocean view - overall location was perfect. The hotel has direct beach access and the view is truly amazing. You literally cannot be closer to the beach. However, I found the property to be very dated and in dire need of a refurbishment. The door frames are peeling, there’s a constant smell of smoke in the corridors and the soft furnishings have clearly been overused. In addition, the housekeeping is very hit and miss - we had to call on several occasions as they did not come to our room. Another thing that might not be the hotel’s fault, but I found the pool unusable. It might be because of the clientele of the hotel (although it is not cheap), but the pool etiquette of guests is very poor and there is no staff oversight. For instance, the pool chairs were all taken up by fully dressed men on their phones and ogling at the women. People were going into the pool with a full face of make up and outside clothes. It was very disappointing for me to not be able to swim but I just felt too uncomfortable. I think the hotel needs a refurbishment and rebrand so it can make use of its wonderful location and attract a different clientele.

Really enjoyed our 7 night stay here. The view over the ocean is outstanding. My only negative was the small fridge is not cold enough. You can’t get your drinks cold enough. Would stay here again.

Our room was in front of linens storage. Probably if the staffs leave the door open, an alarm rings. One night the alarm was kept going hours. It was annoying. And the swimming pool is small.
