I'd never stay here again. It was priced as a hotel, but the amenities were those of a youth hostel. My room looked like a prison cell, with a metal-framed bunkbed, and a tiny shower, and no bathroom, Barely enough room to swing a cat. For 125 CHF per night that's really bad value for money. Never again.

We had one of the apartments which was very comfortable and gave our family of four room the spread out and relax.
Overall, the actual hotel was decent. The bed was fine and the room was clean for the most part. It was an old building with old furniture, that I don't think gets cleaned. The location was great -- right in the city centre. My friends and I had trouble checking in because the pricing listed was different than what they thought we were supposed to be paying them. Although, in the end, we figured out something; I did not quite like how the owners handled our situation. They both had very condesending tones, assuming because we were American students abroad, and tried to present was with a "compromise", that did not actually benefit us. We are all adults, yet the owners thought it to be okay to speak to us as if we were children, like I didn't know what I was talking about. We ended up going back and forth for about 30 mins, getting nowhere, and that's when they claimed to just "work with us", although that wasn't the case. They just wanted us out of the reception area. Our issue was not with paying anything more; it was the way we were being treated and the additional fees not being included when I tried to book for the four of us, initiallly. The hotel, itself, was fine. I just did not have a good first impression; so, personally, I wouldn't stay here again.

We are sorry to hear that our guest, did not enjoy his stay at the hotel. He booked a double budget room which is a room with a double bunk bed shower and washbasin inside the room, but toilets in the corridor. All of that is in the room description when our guest book their rooms.
