Sopot 4 night stay

This was a 4 night family trip to Sopot. The office for key collection is on the edge of Town nearly 1.5 miles from the property. The bedroom is a good standard. Kitchen facility is very small and equipped with basics only. The fold down sofa for our 15 year old was in poor condition and the blinds in this area would not close properly (at angles !!) TV reception is very poor, with only 2 English channels. It's a good location close to the beach and shops... apart from that, it's quite basic. The weather was nice, so fortunately we didn't need to spend much time in the apartment during the day. The staff at Dom & House were really good, and helped us by getting a plumber when the drains to the property were blocked, with a same day response. They also stored our bags and called a Taxi to the airport on day of departure, a good service from their team.

Not so deluxe after all

We spent almost a week in the Deluxe Apartment with 2 Bedrooms and Kitchenette. The property was spacious and nicely remodeled. The location - to die for. Unfortunately the lack of a basic ventilation in the whole apartment gave us a hard time. The worse part of it: the smelly bathroom with obvious signs of mold building up in the shower area. We could smell our bathroom in both bedrooms. The reception office denied to acknowledge the problem. They also denied to fix a weak internet signal in the apartment building. We won't be coming back there anytime soon.

Bra läge men boendet är sådär

Boendet ligger väldigt nära stranden och huvudgatan men det är egentligen det enda som är positivt. Det finns ingen AC och duschen är ett badkar mitt i badrummet med väldigt lågt snedtak över så det kommer vatten överallt. Vi var 4 personer som delade på en dubbelsäng i ett separat sovrum och en obekväm soffa i vardagsrummet. Det blev väldigt varmt, obekvämt och ljust för dom som sov i vardagsrummet deasutom fanns det inga lakan till soffan eller någon städutrustning. Incheckningen var också lite bökig även om jag fårstår att att man inte kan ha en reception vid varje lägenhet man hyr ut. Receptionen låg 1.6km från boendet. Det sista som kändes farligt vid en brand och väldigt irriterande var att det först var en grind in till tomten med lås som man lyckligtvis kunde trycka upp med lite kraft, sen en låst ytterdörr, sen en låst innerdörr och till sist ens egna låsta dörr till sin lägenhet. Alla dörrarna hade olika nycklar och ingen tydlig markering vilken som ledde var. Sjukt jobbigt. Sen fick vi bara en uppsättning med nycklar också så alla vi fyra behövde anpassa oss till varandra hela tiden.

Välstädat i lugnt område

Fyra nätter med familj på fyra vuxna. Lugnt och tyst område, bra läge. Mycket rent och fräscht. Sköna sängar, saknade garderob och galgar. Wi-fi fungerade inte när vi kom, det åtgärdades och fungerade sedan ok. Står att det ska finnas privat bubbelpool, men det fanns ingen sådan.
