This was my second time staying at RiverStone and both times was wonderful. Beautiful place to stay, quiet, private, comfortable. Balcony in back and patio out front. We had 2 private bed and baths in one room. Right off the main strip so very easy to get anywhere you are going but still feels private. Just an incredible place to stay!

I visited Riverstone resort during Winterfest and I highly reccomend a visit! The resort was beautiful and the decorations throughout the city were amasing. The resort location is convenient right in between Gatlinburg and the family fun that Pigeon Forge has to offer. I will definitely be planning a trip back next year.

My daughters took me here to celebrate my birthday the first of March. We had such a great time. The condo was wonderful; it was so spacious and had everything we needed. Especially loved the fireplace! The pool and workout rooms were great as was the game room. Everywhere we went the staff was so friendly and the property was so nice and clean. And staying here we were close to everything I had a pedicure at the spa done by Rachel, and my daughter also had a mani-pedi by her, and we both want to say how nice and sweet she was, and what a great job she did!! Thank you Rachel! I would recommend to anyone that this is a great place to stay, and if I ever am in that area again, this is the place I will definitely reserve. Great job!

This place is a nice hidden hideout away from the strip and action.. I really enjoyed having the 24hr game room, gym, and swimming pool.. also have a full kitchen where if u wanted to stay in and cook to save money.. a few things the place could use is a small market and maybe a lounge or type of bar for adults.. it's right where u wanna be yet seems far away and also has the trolley close by if u don't feel like driving.. a great stay at a great price.. I'll stay here from now on when we make our yearly trip to Tennessee.

My husband stayed at riverstone for my husband's birthday getaway. I booked the sweetheart package which included a one bedroom condo, massages, facials, and a gift basket with wine and chocolates. The room was very nice. The spa was nice as well. I will definitely return in the future.

Great spring break location. The condo were perfect. It was our home away from home. Great view, the river was wondering. It was cold so we went to the indoor pool. The have a game room will a pool table. The workout was nice. The best thing is the spa. Will recommend you to check out the spa.

We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation in the summer of 2014. Beautiful condos, pool, lazy river, and very quiet with a view of the golf course. In the summer of 2016, my husband and I were looking forward to another wonderful vacation. Not to be, before going to bed, I checked the mattress, and it was urine stained. Called front desk, they sent someone up to clean it! No other mattress available, and no other river view rooms available. We were eventually given an upgrade to a three bedroom which was nice, but we only needed a one bedroom. Before moving, we waited over an hour for someone to get us a room, and when my husband decided to go to the front desk, the girl had gone home, and he was told that they thought we were staying in the first room. So at almost midnight we were given the key to the upgrade, which did have a river view. We did get compensation for the cleaning fee. I had a 15% off coupon that I had used in our previous vacation. I was told I could not use it, because we had a senior rate. The coupon did not state that it had to be a regular rate in order to use it. We enjoyed our time there after getting settled in. Thankfully the new front desk lady found us a room so we could move that night. We love having the space of a condo, but when planning our trip for this spring, considering the price and the problems we had last summer, we have decided to stay elsewhere.

My kids and I had the BEST time at Riverstone. Many things for the kids to do. The Spa treated me like a King. The friendly staff greeted me the second I walked in. The room was very clean and spacious. I will not stay anywhere else.

Our extended family stayed at the RiverStone Resort & Spa in a three bedroom condo (2 bathrooms). There were 2 children and 5 adults. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. We all had plenty of space to rest and hang out for the week. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The full kitchen was great as well - full size appliances were great for a larger group. The pool and lazy river area were very nice and we enjoyed being able to walk down along the river and the kids played in the river/stream. The location is also very convenient to a lot of the Pigeon Forge attractions.

Reservation 2/25-2/26. Excellent maintained unit (263). Two king bedrooms, (also a sleeper sofa) a FULL kitchen that has all one would need to prepare any type of meal (but then I'm not the cook). Rooms were nicely decorated sound did not carry between the bedrooms or rooms next door. Everything worked well, like TV and microwave and there was plenty of room for the six of us to sit at the dining room table or in the living room which has a fireplace. Views are okay, if your idea is a golf course in the back looking toward Gatlinburg out front. The only issue we had was the swimming pool. The building that it is in was poorly insulated/heated (outside temp was in 40s) and the inside temp didn't feel that much warmer. Yes, the water was warmer, as long as you stayed under and didn't feel the cold air. Kids lips turned blue in less than 30 minutes but that will make them tougher. The towels will not only dry you a bit, but also exfoliate all human hair, so there might be no reason to go to the Spa. The pool is the reason why I did not give 5 stars. Overall, if you are visiting Pidgeon Forge the Riverstone Resort and Spa is centrally located so everything is really close. Definitely would recommend if you are not a swimmer in "winter"
