Our room was clean, worst bed I have ever slept in, mattress was very poor. The biggest problem we had was the noise. Our room was facing the High Way, never again.It was constant cars ramming up and down the road. No matter what the time, even 3, 4 , 5 am I know there was a big truck show going on, but these were not trucks, they were cars. We had 4 sleepless night which ruined our trip. How unfortunate.

The room was very clean. The grounds are nice from what I saw. However, I could hear the highway from room. I also had to leave 2 nights early for an emergency and received no support re: recouping expenses. Very little sympathy or understanding. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was clean. But I have stayed in quite a few places in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area and I find that no one know how to clean ceramic stove tops. They are clean - but not “clean”! I can’t fault this establishment, because it seems to be all over. Other than that, it was very clean.

The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. The balcony overlooking the river was a wonderful place to sit and watch the geese and other wildlife. Staff were professional, efficient, and friendly. The only thing I would change is the extremely uncomfortable sofa- which was so hard it was like sitting on stone.

We had a wonderful stay at this facility! The two-bedroom apartment-style hotel room was perfect for our needs… spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully set up. Having a full kitchen was such a bonus and made our stay feel more like home. The location couldn’t have been better… it was convenient to all of the places we wanted to visit, which made getting around simple and stress-free. On top of that, the value was excellent for the amount of space and amenities provided. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return!

The property was very convenient to everything, the condo we stayed in was basically like being at home, it had a screened in front patio with sliders to the kitchen, and a massive back deck with access from living room and bedroom. It had a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub, and also another bathroom for the other bedroom and also a washer and dryer and a full kitchen, I really would recommend it to anyone!

The room was clean but I did find a hair tie from a previous guest in a drawer. Hot tub wasn’t clean one night due to other guests but resort cleaned it quickly. Loved the condo, the balcony and river, wildlife outside, and the Lazy River and hot tub. Resort was a nice retreat from bright lights and chaos of Parkway. A+

The old lady and I had never been to Dollywood, so we decided to visit it. Stay her at RiverStone and it was good. A little pricey compared to other hotels that are just as nice and offer a free breakfast.
