Last week 2/12-2/17 my husband, myself and my sister stayed at Riverstone Resort and Spa. We had a 2 king bed condo, overall the experience was amazing. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The location is great with easy access to local attractions. The pool was nice and well maintained and the views were beautiful. The only issue I had was the bed was to hard for my liking, but that is not the resorts fault. My husband and sister liked the beds just fine. The amenities included with our room were quite nice too, the dishes, pots and pans were a nice addition and adequate for our stay. We will be staying at this resort again on our next visit.
Beautiful property, great pool, wonderful exercise room & spacious well appointed units. Many stays at this property & never have been disappointed with any unit in any building. Plenty of space in the units to spread out, lots of well made furniture, granite countertops, stone shower, kitchens include everything needed to prep any meal & Windows look out over the gorgeous golf course & well kept grounds. Parking can be a seek-and-find mission unless the unit includes a specific spot in the under unit area. Safe location. Great access to many fun Pigeon Forge attractions & eating options. Close to National park too. Units are costly compared to many options in the area however worth the price if you prefer higher end accommodations.
Booked a short trip to the resort for our anniversary. We loved it from the time we checked in. Our 1 bedroom condo in building 4 had a great view of the river. Everything was very clean and up to date. Very convenient to everything. I booked a spa treatment for my wife as well. Michelle was very helpful and my wife said everything was great! We will definitely be back the next time we visit Pigeon Forge.
I think this is one of the nice resorts to stay in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. Very clean and family friendly. I would defiently go back and stay again. I really enjoyed the pool and everything they have to offer. I would reccomend this for any family and friends.
My husband, daughter, and I stayed at the River Stone Resort the first week of December just after our daughter had lost her house in the Gatlinburg fires. We were able to stay in a two- bedroom pet friendly condo . Very spacious rooms and a fully-equipped kitchen. The front desk staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.Even though this was not a vacation or pleasure trip, the excellent accommo- dations made our time there so much more pleasant than it would have been otherwise. We highly recommend the River Stone Resort!
We booked a corner room, and I knew that the bedroom would be separate, but this room was HUGE! It was a condo. There was a full kitchen, with full size appliances and was fully stocked with all your cooking needs for 4 people. There was sooo much natural light by being on the corner along with a small porch. The entire room, kitchen appliances and bathroom were spotless. We didn't use the pool etc, due to it being February. Due to this being a condo, there is not daily cleaning, but that is not a negative for us anyway. Due to the location, I was a little worried about noise from the main drag, however you are far enough away traffic isn't an issue. Very relaxing! I would stay here again and again!!
Clean, comfortable suites. Used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. Awesome indoor pool and gym. It was a trip watching it snow just a few feet from the indoor hot tub! Cannot wait to return and get back in the lazy river. Family friendly for sure. There was even a wedding there on one previous visit.
Our stay was nice but not spectacular. This is not a sprawling resort. There are building just on each side of the drive. We booked a 2 bedroom. It was very spacious and clean. It had a nice kitchen and a washer and dryer. There is no housekeeping. If you need a larger room for family this is a good place. The lazy river was nice. The pool is average and indoor, as is the hot tub. We have stayed at many hotels and each one has had complementary coffee in the room. Not this place. Our balcony looked over the river in back and there was a view of the smokey mountains far off. But most of the view was of the stores on the parkway and their parking lots. It was a nice hotel but not worth the per night price they charged. Very close to Dollywood & only 30 min to Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountains.
Let me start by saying this is more of a condo than a hotel. I feel like the advertising of a 4 star hotel is very misleading. You pay a $40 cleaning fee but they only clean once you've checked out. You don't get any extra towels and are expected to wash dishes and take out your own trash. With that being said our stay was decent. The beds weren't very comfortable and something was wrong with the water pressure in our shower. We stayed for our daughters 3rd birthday and paid $60 extra for a "celebration" package (cake, ice cream, 6 balloons, candles, plastic spoons and forks, plates and cups) and it was decent but the cake was from Food City which was slightly disappointing but my daughter was so happy about it so that's what matters. The man at the front desk was extremely rude when we were checking in and didn't really take time to answer any of my questions. It's definitely not worth what you pay for. We will be renting a cabin next time because it's basically the same price.
After a long holiday season my husband and I needed a couple's getaway. Perfect place right off the main strip in Pigeon Forge. We enjoyed our stay! Will stay again soon as well as bring our family to stay longer!
