As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.

▷ NO Hot Tub: The hot tub at the pool area is not operational, and is not advertised as an amenity.

Getting Around:

Getting here is a breeze with well-maintained roads that offer scenic views of the Smoky Mountains, making your drive as enjoyable as your stay. The complex sits atop a steep hill, so while access is smooth year-round, we do recommend a 4WD vehicle during the winter months for added ease.

☑︎ We manage a couple of units in this building, all with very similar designs & interior decorations and potentially different orientations (e.g., kitchen on the right instead of the left). The photos on this listing were at one of our listings but you may be booked in another. Not to worry! They are all very much the same.

☑︎ Fireplace is for decorative only – please do not use with wood.

☑︎ Parking, there's one designated parking spot per unit. Overflow parking available near the clubhouse. Follow blue signage (not road markings) for the most accurate parking directions.

☑︎ For Outdoor Space we have Front & rear porches with seating, but no yard space.
