Great hotel. Very clean. The walk was a bit further to town than I wanted but still walkable. Check in was easy. We had a issue with our bathroom door and they fixed it right away. The room was very clean and updated wich surprised me because of some of the other reviews. I would stay here again

Room was adequate but location was not suitable if you want quiet. We were put in a third floor room over looking back of waterfall at indoor pool. Noise was constant with waterfall and voices of children in pool. Could not sit out because pool area was like a sauna. Would stay there again but different room location. Very average accommodations.

Staff was great, room was clean. A little pricy though for a place that old. It shows it age.

Very good. This hotel needs a little bit of upgrading.

Clean but needs updating! rear elevator in bad shape.

They upgraded our room at no cost and it was great

This hotel was not very convenient, was extremely 'loud', and very expensive compared to other places we have stayed in downtown Gatlinburg. We will not be staying here again.

First time staying at this hotel. Overall experience wad good. I would stay here again.

Hotel was good. Walked from the hotel to the strip. Only a six minute walk.

Hotel was clean and great price-but with all the walking you will do in gatlinburg the last hike up a hill to the hotel can wear you out. Pool area was nice but small-kids enjoyed it.

We were there for 4days and the desk staff were not helpful with questions and appeared to be lazy when they remained sitting when desk approached. There was also a time our room was not cleaned and did not get an answer as to why or was it then cleaned. There was a little girl beauty pageant that was to be on the weekend, and that was what the hotel cared about, not the other guests. We will not stay there again nor will it be recommended as a place to stay in gatlinburg.

The hotel was clean and comfy and we enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and kind. My only complaint was that it was very noisey one morning when the power went out and we were woke up much earlier than we had planned. I think it must have been noisey the entire time but our AC unit was very loud and drowned out the noise. The kids loved the swimming pools and I loved being able to see them from the room. I think it would be nice if they offered a complimentary breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Breakfast was good and nice price. Never used pool but a great place for kids to swim. Room was nice and clean.

Great value , very clean , great breakfast to buy . Worth the money, short walk to all of the attractions

This hotel was very nice, clean and a great location, just 2 blocks off the main strip. The pool area looked awesome, just wish we would have had time to enjoy it! The only down fall was the bathroom and view. The bathroom was so tiny, like they almost forgot to include it. The view, our room looked out on the roof of the atrium/pool area. We got our room for $112, we were told the normal rack rate was $124. Overall we would stay here again.

Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Great walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Would stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Our room was creekside so it was also quiet. Location is very nice, not on the main road yet not so far that we could walk there. We would stay at this hotel again.

Great time room was clean staff very helpful pool very nice inside and outside. Really nice view from balconyretty quite street.Didn't like how far you have to walk to the main drag.Plenty places to shop

It would be better if the breakfast can be free. The mattress in my room is not that good. Also the show is not that good. The air conditioner is very noisy!!!!

Pool and location were great. Room was a little stinky. Bathroom was small
