Outlets were loose, making it hard to plug anything up. Beds were SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE. Check-in was a breeze, and very friendly staff.

love this place. We got rooms facing the pool. Also a good location. We enjoyed our stay.

Decent. Somewhat dirty out and around the property. The indoor pool area seems gross. First room we had was awful. They gave us another which was much better. If hotel is sold out, parking is terrible. Much of it needs maintenance. Main elevator doesn’t work properly. Good location. Overall it was ok.

Great time, very nice place. Wish breakfast was being served but still very good.

The indoor pool is great. It is in a great location, however the hill back to the hotel will kick your butt after walking the strip all day. Its well worth it though. Only complainent is the kids swimming in the hot tub. Not much the hotel can do about that. Maybe make it adult only?

We liked how close to the strip it was , and the pool

great location near Gatlinburg Parkway and close to GSMNP

Loved the swimming pool. But it wasn’t heated for the winter. People hogged the hot tub. Breakfast was great and it has a great price. But some of the servers were a little slow. Considering all they had to do was take care of drinks. The customers fixed their own plates. So you shouldn’t have to ask for refills. Bacon was way UNDERCOOKED all weekend. Rooms with a balcony were very drafty. But very nice.

Convenient location with plenty of shopping and restaurants!

Inside pool and hotub were nice... room clean and comfortable

It was a 5 min walk from everything in Gatlinburg. It was so nice not to worry about finding parking to the attractions.

I visit my granddaughters and we pick places with a unique setting for a fun getaway. The temperature outside for this weekend was cold and rainy. The indoor pool & hot tub was perfect. My granddaughters loved the pool and hotel stay. When they are happy CiCi’s happy.

I really liked the inside pool with waterfall. The lobby is also very pretty with all the rock work

the property was old. the room was ok. the restaurant was closed due to renovations. the lobby needed a new and clean look. I would not go back to this hotel,
