For the price and stay in Gatlinburg it was pretty good. The whole polyester sheets making me hot was a downer, and the trash truck under my window every other day at 4 am was more than annoying. The room and property were spotlessly clean!

Parking spaces are very close together. Coffee is good. We usually eat breakfast downtown so no opinion. The location is excellent! We walk downtown several times a day and it’s close to the national park entrance.

We generally stay in other lodgings, but this being a two day trip we opted for a hotel in town. I have to say that this was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in...no bugs, no stains, smelled clean, plenty of towels, beds were very comfortable, breakfast was standard and staff were very friendly......will stay there again.
