We arrived around 12:00pm and I told the lady at the desk I was there to check in and she said it’s too early and that I had to wait until 3:00. I understand the check in time listed is 3:00pm, but most hotels allow you to check in earlier. So we went down to the strip, ate lunch and walked around a little while. Went back a few minutes before 3:00 to check in and there was a young gentleman at the desk. He was very polite and welcoming. He gave me room key and told me that I needed to park in the back and unload then use parking pass to park in lot. However he did not let us know there was another building, so it took a little while to find our room. There was another couple just as lost as us that we met in parking lot. When we finally got in the room, we noticed a can of tobacco on the shelf, which let me know the room was not thoroughly cleaned. When I went to check out I noticed the very small breakfast area and it was already crowded with 4 people there, so I did not stay or even look to see what was offered. Overall stay was okay.

The room met our needs for layout for a family of adults, parents with adult children which I couldn't find elsewhere reasonably priced. The bathroom smelled horribly like animal but they aren't pet friendly, the bedroom also had smell but not strong. I kept bathroom fan running a lot. I did let staff know upon check out. Pool area was nice.

Nice, quick and easy

nice and clean. Simple, Easy. Right off the Main Street and perfect for us as it was a short block from the Conference Center in Gatlinburg. Parking was awesome for our room, breakfast was extremely basic - but hey, we were not expecting extravagant by any means. Just a last minute booking. Perfect for those working on a budget and needing a clean place.

NIGHT 1: Wonderful. Nice rooms, quiet, comfortable beds, beautiful pool, great location, good value on price. NIGHT 2: We were literally up from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. Other hotel guests were partying and being loud in the garage/street below our room. I called the hotel desk twice to complain and was told that those guests were told to be quiet. After the second time and nothing was done, I asked the front desk if they were going to call the police and they said "why?" I hung up. Later in the morning, a car alarm was randomly going off and continued up until dawn. You mean to tell me that the hotel couldn't go out and find the room number on the card that hangs from the mirror and contact the owner? There is no way people could sleep. The Country Inn Suites next to this hotel had to hear all of the commotion as well. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Very nice place, reasonable prices. within walking distance to all of Gatlinburg attractions, but also FREE trolleys available, even to Pigeon Forge & back. Would definitely stay here again.
