Bathrooms definitely need an upgrade

The property was clean and efficient. The staff were very nice and helpful. The website said you didn't have a pool and then we found one. So that was cool but we did not bring bathing suits.
beds were comfortable, rooms clean, excellent price point, close to shopping and restaurants
EXCELLENT HOTEL!! We got there pretty late into our check-in and the gentleman was more than happy to accommodate our family. The breakfast was wonderful and had a huge selection. They had sausage, scrambled eggs, fresh baked biscuits plus Golden Malted Waffles (our absolute fav) and a bunch of other selections like cereal, yogurt, cream of wheat, etc. Our room was clean and overall we were EXTREMELY IMPRESSED!
Everything was very nice. I'm quite over this fear of a benign common cold virus, so it was weird not having our room cleaned every day. :(
I booked late so I wound up in the handicap rooms on the 2nd floor right by the elevator. The hallways smelled something awful but the smell didn’t seep into the room so that was nice. The room overall was clean and inviting, but the shower…a different story. The seat in the shower was clearly moldy and it appears. I attempt had been made to clean it. Since it was the handicap room it was a standup/roll on shower and the floor/caulking around the tub was also very clearly moldy. It’s a shame for such a nice room, that is so clearly a nice room, to have visible growing mold on such prominent surfaces. They are doing outside maintenance but that didn’t play too much into my stay. A nice property pretty much overall, but if that’s what is lurking in plain sight, what’s just under the surface? Give this place a good, purposeful cleaning and you should see your customer rating shoot right up. Overall a pleasant, quick stay.
Cleanliness was good, not enough parking
Check in was weird, otherwise room was clean and fine for a single overnight on the road.
Bathroom was dirty. Looked like sheets weren’t change.
Could’ve had more selection on the breakfast
The rooms were nice and big only problem was when our children went to use the sofa bed because we are a family of 5 and my mother in law was with us the sofa bed was broken and had a hole in the bed they switch us the next night to bother room
Only wish that the pool area was bigger. Breakfast was good with ample selection.

Overall our stay was pleasant. The staff was kind and helpful. We wonder about the cleanliness given that we found a pair of eyeglasses on the phone in our room. This makes us question how well things were cleaned, which makes us glad that we brought our own disinfectant supplies to wipe surfaces when we arrived.
Pool and fitness area closed. Very disappointed. Front desk clerk was very rude and unprofessional.
