Nice hotel

Overall the stay was ok and the rooms were nice. We arrived a little after 3 (checkin is at 3) and were told they weren't sure if our room was ready and it could be a half hour-took about ten minutes but we were able to get in. The next day we returned to our room and there had been no cleaning or linen service. When I asked, I was told they only service the rooms every other day. Which is fine, but was not expected. It also made the extended time to check in more frustrating. Overall a nice hotel and nice stay-I would return-I just can't give it 5*

Rooms are outdated. Bed was uncomfortable. AC was struggling and room temp uneven with damp smell. It appeared an update was going on to rooms which is great. This has good location and the clerks were nice. I’ve stayed here before and it was fine. It will be great once room updates completed

We were very disappointed with our stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites at Sevierville, TN. The property was unkempt and public areas were not clean. The hallway carpets appeared that they had not been swept in days and surfaces were grimy. Our room did not appear clean. When we walked into the room, there was an immediate must smell apparent. The soap dish in the shower had old soap in it that was crusted and running down the shower wall. The carpet was in need of sweeping and the windows were dirty. The shower leaked onto the floor and floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked as a consequence. The Kleenex box in the room was empty when we arrived. As a result, we will be very cautious about choosing a Hampton Inn property when we travel in the future.

I very much want to give this hotel a 4-5 star rating. However, they advertise on Travelocity and Expedia that they have a hot tub. It’s included as an option when you pick filters. And beyond that, the hotel goes so far as to provide a photo of their hot tub to lure in people like me and my husband who purposely chose this hotel for that reason. Had been driving over 11 hours and needed something to relax and rest sore muscles after our long week. But, there is NO hot tub. Only the remnants of one that existed years ago that’s been filled in. We didn’t appreciate the bait and switch and false advertising. Not cool. Besides that, our checkin took quite a while as we had to wait for the checkin clerk to smoke her cigarette in the front rocking chair while she scrolled through her phone. Honestly, I don’t think that frustrated me nearly as much as purposely packing swimsuits and happily looking forward to their promise of a hot tub. I sincerely hope management is reading this and will remove claims and photos of the now-nonexistent hot tub. Other than that, all else was fine.

I love Hampton inn it has always been a good stay and this was fine I would still choose this over others it just wasn’t quite up to my Hampton inn expectations they are usually spotless everywhere this one could use a little better cleaning and service but still ok just wasn’t as good as we are used to

I typically stay at a Hiliton as they are usually pretty good but not too up scale or expensive. However, this Hilton appeared to be lacking in maintenance and care as the walls were all scratched up, old looking, furniture was that of a holiday Inn in appearance, my sink was clogged and could not have anyone take care of it or put me in a new room and the ac unit barely worked. If I did t know any better I was staying at a Holiday in or worse. I will not be staying here again. Otherwise, it would have made it a great spot being close to restaurants and the Bass Pro for shopping.
