Rooms are nice. Breakfast is not that good. You can eat eggs and toast. No potatoes. Sausage patties were cold. No dedicated staff for breakfast. Dirty breakfast tables.

This place was super clean. Staff was very friendly and the rooms themselves were great, being very spacious!
Filthy! Mold, dust, and dirt all over the room and bathroom. Hole in the wall that was “fixed” by shoving a piece of tissue in it. My kids could literally have done a better job of fixing it and cleaning the room.
It was a typical best western. However, due to CoVid there was no breakfast and the discount provided at the restaurant next door was inadequate. The pool heater was broken, through no fault of their own. The phone in our room was inoperable. And also due to CoVid there was no daily housekeeping which we understand. It was clean and their limited staff did their best.
The places is filthy and unorganized, corridor carpets sticks, bathroom and rooms stinks, horrible place to stay.not up to the mark.
First false advertisement it said breakfast is included and it was not, my trash was not taken out, my bed was not made, I was not given any complementary coffee. The room stank not handicap friendly it had a tub I can’t use a tub. No poop bags people where not picking up the dogs poop
Pet friendly! Staff was great! Will stay there again next trip to the Smokys!
We liked the location and the price, but the hallways were loud all night, the pool was not treated and unsanitary.... There was no breakfast in the morning, plus the kitchen area was really dirty, we eventually had to go to the restaurant next door for breakfast!
