We had a great time at this Cabin. It's very homey and well equipped. You are close to the indoor pool and hot tub. Plus you have your own hot tub. It had a cute Christmas tree at the fire place. It was clean and had wonderful beds. We had no issues at all with this cabin. The hosts were quick to respond and super kind and helpful. You are far enough away from the action of the parkway to relax, but close enough to enjoy at moments notice. Definitely check this cabin out! We look forward.to a future stay here.

Perfect for our needs. Having multi floors allowed us to have privacy at night and come together during the day. Hosts were very prompt and responsive to any questions during the stay. The unit is a duplex but we never heard our neighbors. Close to everything.

Very responsive hosts. Had a problem with the hot tub and garbage disposal, but maintenance staff showed up very quickly to repair. This was our 2nd time staying here. Last time was in 2021. Unit is clean and has everything you need, but it showed some age since the last time we were here (missing cabinet handles, torn wall paper, etc.).

Unit very dirty and not upkeep. Missing drawer handles, dead bugs, mold in bathroom, garbage disposal not working and bad smells from sink and outside not usable as water dripping on cushions.

This unit was spacious and well appointed, and the location was perfect! We enjoyed the fuse ball table in the basement. However, the space could definitely use a deep cleaning & some handyman work. There are pet stains on the carpets, a mild odor throughout the house, and there were lots of dead ladybugs in several areas. The bedspreads & pillow shams had not been washed before our stay, and there was dust on the blinds and fixtures. The kitchen cabinet hardware also needs to be replaced, as the knobs kept falling off. There was always peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. The windows/screens in the hot tub room held many cobwebs, dust, & bugs. These were things that didn’t bother us too much because we only stayed a couple nights, but I’m not sure we’d have an extended stay in its current condition.

Great location. Needs deep cleaning. Wallpaper is peeling in the downstairs bathroom. Beds are uncomfortable, furniture needs updated. Hot tub needs cleaned out, there is dirt and grass in the water, didn’t use because of this reason.

The cabin was very nice I didn’t realize when I booked that the bed rooms where on the lower and upper levels which made it hard for my mom to get up or down to the bedrooms but that was my fault for not thoroughly reading the description. We did have a little issue with the hot tub but it was quickly and easily resolved by the cleaning and maintenance crew. We would definitely stay there again just maybe a different cabin. Thanks

GREAT CABIN CLOSE TO ALL THE ATTRACTIONS

This was the first time our family stayed in a cabin. We loved the roomy layout. It's so close to the main drag of Pigeon Forge, yet up and out of the way for quiet. Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone.

Spacious cabin, great location.

We stayed for 4 nights in early Aug. We had 4 adults. Plenty of room for us to have our own space & would have comfortably slept a couple more if needed. Loved the half bath on main level. Had everything we needed. Really appreciated the key code entry & grab bars in upstairs shower. Also gave us enough trash bags, TP, & dishwashing supplies for our stay. Owners were fast to respond to any questions we had & checkout was the easiest of any place we've stayed.

We liked the location of the property. The condo itself was adorable but there were a few little things that we noticed. The wood floor was extremely sticky. The saddle between the kitchen and den needs to be fixed. The carpets definitely need to be professionally cleaned. There are many stains. The place needs to be freshened up with paint, marks everywhere. The light switches were dirty. The toilet paper holder in the master bath fell off several times and wet could not get it back on. The water pressure throughout need to be addressed. The master bed was ok. The 3 inch topper was good but the sheets would not stay on the bed because of it. There wasn't any extra pillow cases and some of the blankets or throws had holes in them and they smelled. There is only 2 beds and 3 pullout couches so not sure how this would fit 10 people. Saying all of this, we would definitely stay again if these issues were addressed.

They stay was nice and communication was great. The place does not have a view and not walking distance to things. There were a few broken blinds and large carpet stain that was relayed to owner upon check in and they were very receptive. Overall clean place and great location.
