O hotel tem um ótimo custo benefício para quem visita as vinicolas da região e não faz questão de ficar em Bento Gonçalves. Atendimento simpático e atencioso, bom café da manhã e o melhor de tudo: pet friendly! Eles até entregam um kit para a permanência do pet com caminha, comedouro, tapetinho higiênico e petiscos. Único ponto ruim é o isolamento acústico dos quartos, que deixou a desejar.

Escolhemos esse hotel porque há piscina. Ela, no entanto, estava muito fria. Um hóspede reclamou e a recepcionista só repetia para ele que a piscina estava em 52 graus. Não era verdade. No segundo dia a piscina tinha sido esvaziada. Se teve nenhuma informação sobre isso.
