Experiência única. o atendimento de chegada já é muito acolhedor, o quarto é muito aconchegante e limpo e o café da manha é maravilhoso. E a noite vc não precisa se deslocar para jantar, o restaurante é excelente, vale a pena.

Super cute hotel! Nice and spacious room. Breakfast was ok. We had dinner at their “Dona Carolina” restaurant and that was a great experience. Food was delicious! My only complain is that even though we got a room towards the back, we still could hear the trucks going through the main road.

Péssima experiência

Ficamos hospedados por 2 noites, um casal. Nossa primeira impressão foi boa. A pousada parece um castelo e tem um ambiente bonito na entrada. A cama é confortável, possui uma TV grande e a banheira é independente. Mas então começaram as decepções. Havia barulho externo parecido com um gerador, mesmo à noite. A água do chuveiro e da banheira eram apenas mornas, não quentes e os sais de banho oferecidos na banheira estavam com validade vencida. Um ponto importante para nós é o café da manhã, que não era do tipo buffet, como nas fotos. Quando abrimos um suco oferecido como cortesia na check-in percebemos que estava mofado. Na saída do hotel levamos a garrafa e notificamos à recepção, mas nenhuma ação foi tomada. Ainda bem que ficamos apenas 2 noites. Não voltaríamos e não recomendamos, pois pelo preço pago esperávamos um cuidado maior. Mudamos para o Hotel Spa do Vinho, com preço semelhante, e a experiência foi espetacular, sem comparação.
