Everything was very well thought out and hospitable. Great breakfast buffet. Nice gym -- adequate to stay in shape while traveling. Very, very nice front desk staff. Recommendation: Complimentary water and coffee in the lobby and water in the fitness area-- please change your service so that you aren't using plastic cups. Please use washable cups. Less trash, less plastic for our environment. So important for us all. Thank you so much!

Reception Staff - Lack of Attention to detail

At checkin they provided us with a Standard room on a low floor that was not in agreement w/our reservation. Our reservation called for a Lux Superior room. We revisited the reception desk and they got around to pointing out their error and fixing it... Valet/Car Park service was good. Location excellent.
