Say hello to Seaside Bungalow! This gorgeous beachfront Pointe West resort home has all the extras you want on vacation - an elevator, 3 decks, easy access to the beach, neighborhood resort amenities, and more.

The colorful exterior will bring a smile to everyone’s face and set the tone for a cheerful getaway. Step inside, and the plush furnishings make it easy to gather together. The large picture windows showcase the great beach view - you can even watch the waves roll in from the dining table. Everyone can lend a hand in the fully-equipped kitchen thanks to the abundant counter space and stainless steel appliances. No need to worry about lugging groceries up from the car - the convenient residential elevator makes it easy!

Three bedrooms are conveniently located on the main level, including 2 queen rooms and the primary bedroom. The king suite boasts deck access, Gulf views and an en suite bathroom, complete with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower. Down the hall you’ll find a queen suite, laundry room, hall bath and queen bedroom with a walk-in closet. On the upper level, the queen bedroom has deck access, and the bunk room is perfect for the ultimate sleepover.

Get the best of both worlds with decks on either side of the home - giving you Gulf sunrises and sunsets over the Galveston Bay! Cook up fresh seafood on the charcoal grill, and enjoy your spread on the picnic tables. When the beach calls, it’s just a short walk away. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

Great property, wonderful location

The overall property was great. There was plenty of space for our group and the layout of the bedrooms made everyone feel spaced out. The house was well-appointed, with the exception of towels. There was only one towel per person made available. With the beach being one of the main activities, sometimes folks wanted to shower more than once/day. As a result, it was tough to ensure there were clean towels available. The only other piece to call out would be the availability of the amenities. We have been to Pointe West several times in the past when all of the amenities have been available- restaurant, workout room, game room. However, on this trip, none of them were, and this was not communicated to us prior to booking or arrival. It was not world ending, but definitely knocked some wind out of our sails as we had intended to use them. The office relayed that the restaurant should be opening in the next couple of weeks. I’m not sure about the other amenities. I would recommend asking about these things prior to booking if they are important to you.

We will be back!

We fell in love with this property. The house was perfect for our 3 generation family gathering. The elevator was invaluable. Great beach access and the grandkids loved the pool.
