The room had NOT been cleaned. I turned down the blanket and sheet and it was covered with hair. I flipped over the pillows and those were covered in hair. The mattress was enclosed in a mattress bag. I unzipped it and saw that the mattress was extremely old and stained it looked as if it was something that was found on the side of the road and reused. As I always do, I checked around the mattress for bed bugs and guess what I found!!! I found remains of what appeared to be bed bugs. I took pictures and showed the front desk. She immediately told me that they didnt have any more rooms and refunded me my stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please be aware!

Room was absolutely disgusting. A large area of dirty handprints on the room door from months pf people grabbing it to open/close shows this room hasn't been cleaned in months. The bathtub was cracked in the middle and was collapsing and leaking onto the floor. Tv was covered in dust and spray droplets of some sort. The sink was not fixed to the counter or sealed with caulk at all. The bathroom shelf had about 7 different types of screws to secure it to the wall. However none were tightened. The shower curtain rod fell when we pulled the curtain closed, and it was so rusted that the tension rod was fused and couldnt be adjusted. My hands were covered in rust after putting it back up. Everything needed paint. Some fixtures had been replaced like the light fixture above the sink, but the area was not repainted so you could clearly see where the previous fixture covered along with holes where it used to be screwed to the wall. The floor was filthy and we had to wear shoes around. I walked barefoot and had to wash my feet again after a shower because they were already filthy. Hotels.com should delist this establishment and Motel 6 should be embarrassed it is representing their brand. The room was not fit to be booked.

The absolute worst. RUN. The only plus is that the women at the desk were nice. But still rented me the room knowing it was dirty and in horrible condition. I should’ve canceled the second the clerk took her ginormous pitbull outside and still stopped to look for her mace. They have long term residents there who have dirty laundry and trash everywhere. One was grilling on a busted charcoal grill surrounded by beer cans in the courtyard. It was 10pm. After we traversed the trash and shaky fire escape type stairs, we got to the room. It had holes in the walls, it was dirty, hair and stains on the mattress and linens, it smelled. Door looked like it was jimmied open a dozen times. Just don’t. Ever. Sleep in your car.

The room we were in had mold in the bathroom. There was an odor in the room. The sheets were dirty with hair but just hair for the head on them. The staff was great they gave us clean sheets. The tub was clogged but the staff they unclogged it. The floor was dirty. I ended buying cleaning products and mopping the floor with the dirty towels. There was mold in the room as well. The property was kept tidy outside. The second night we stayed someone tried to get into our room. People were smokers and stayed outside the room smoking by our door. I cleaned the bathroom, the sink outside the bathroom. The walls had mold and stains on them. The pillows were low and uncomfortably flat. The AC unit was full of dirt. I cleaned that as well. The door has light coming in it from the side and bottom. There are long term residents there. People were outside the property area smoking and drinking. However, close to the highway and the downtown is not that far of a drive. The staff was very responsive and helpful. When other guests run their AC water is on the outside where you have walk. This hotel has the potential to be a great place motel 6 really needs to do better. If you're looking for a cheap fast hotel this is a place to consider but other than that skip it if you would like comfort and tidyness. If you come to stay bring your own supplies and properly clean or you might regret it.

Welcoming Staff and property management. Been very accommodating toy animals. Housekeeping does an excellent job. They check on your needs daily. Beautiful grounds that are maintained. Quiet environment. I don't have kids, but the motel & area are appropriate for both!

The beds were hard, the walls were disgusting. The bathroom was disgusting and there was no hot water when we got there. They were trying to rush us out an hour early and there was only a sheet on the bed. I do not recommend ever!!!!!

This property needs refurbished. The paint was bad. There was patches in the walls not painted. The bed side table was broken off of the wall.Half of the hotel was for nightly rentals and half of the hotel had people living in it. There was no chair to sit on. The hot water was not hot. I will be inspecting the room before I book another Motel 6. Most Motel 6 hotels are generally basic but clean. No this one....Go somewhere else...I am.

When I arrived they didn’t have the room I paid for. She gave me a room on the other side of the hotel. When I went into the room I was met with mold spider webs and spiders with. I tried to get my money back but instead was switched to another the room. The room I was switched to was much better but still not worth the price I paid. I won’t be going back

The room was extremely dirty—the sheets were stained, and the TV even had food residue on it. When I went to the bathroom, I found a giant spider in the tub, and other insects were entering through the front door because it had no protection. I contacted Expedia immediately to request a refund and left within an hour of checking in. This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Most I can say is it was cheap. Can't say I got a good sleep. Someone had a dog that kept barking. There is not enough blackout curtains, so there's a lot of light in the room. That is probably because of all the lights outside. There was no bady wash or shampoo, like most hotels have. There could have been more towels and the pillows are so thin you need all 3.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Motel 6. We chose this place for a last-minute booking, and it was shockingly dirty and unbearably smelly. The odor was so overpowering that I felt dizzy within minutes of entering. Every surface, including the bed sheets, was filthy, and there was hair scattered everywhere. The bathroom floor was also very dirty. It was an awful experience, and we had no choice but to cancel our reservation and find another hotel. We did get a refund, but I definitely do not recommend this place. The staff member at the reception, Kim, was friendly, but beyond that, it’s definitely a case for the health department to inspect.
